Clean,accesible,priced reasonably, and very accommodating staff.

The entrance is able to be missed easily, and then you have to go back around belt way. The hallway had a smell, but no other area (lobby, room, pantry by front desk) We assume someone in their room had something going on.

Friendly staff ready to accommodate guests, maintained cleanliness, wonderful mattresses and access to laundry included with stay. Great location as well. I enjoyed the mini kitchen in our room, we were able to eat healthy all week instead of going out which usually happens during travel.

Lack of hot water in the evening, spotty wi-fi, breakfast is not included.

The room was very spacious and comfortable made me feel like I could live there in peace . The location was great. I love that it has the kitchenette and dishes.

Love love love this place its always so clean and the staff is great. The rooms are wonderful and I love that they use dove products 😍. This is my go to place when im in Pasadena not to mention they are pet friendly.

The shower curtains idk why they are cloth they dont stop the water form getting out I with the shower would come with a shower liner or a better curtain.

I liked the convenience of the location. It was not a very large property and I appreciated that.

I didn’t like that my microwave was broken. However, I was allowed to use one from another room.

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Really appreciated the coffee station and the little store. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was hard.

Smelled new and fresh and clean. Very welcoming lobby. Spacious rooms. Easy check-in process. Feels very safe. Great kitchens. Huge restroom. Comfy beds for a great night's sleep. Very quiet area.

Bathtub was slippery in a disability access room. Showered with towel on floor of the bathtub just to be safe and avoid a fall.y u

Everyone there was so nice and professional. It was quiet at night. It was clean which is very important to me. I was alone and felt very safe. A family member was in the hospital as well, which made all the above very comforting…..

I think the hot water could have been better.

We were told there was no breakfast available

There were no extra blankets and pillows for sofa bed. We had to request extra blanket.
