Check in was super easy and friendly and showed the Wednesday evening shared guest meal. The rooms were very spacious and quiet. Everything worked like it should and the beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. There is a great Mexican restaurant across the parking lot which did amazing margaritas. Highly recommended. Check out was fast and simple and the staff again were amazing. Property is very handy to the Houston Space Centre.

We really liked the spaciousness of the suite. There were separate rooms for the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining room. Better than my first apartment many years ago! We didn't visit the breakfast or use the pool or gym. But we really liked the hotel location, the friendly staff, and everything about the suite.

Well, it could have been cheaper! But it was the market rate for the location so I guess that was ok. I did shop around.

Location. We’ve come here for many years and always found it clean, maintained and well run.

Clock in Exercise Facility needs batteries. Multiple fluorescent lights in Exercise Facility were burned out, getting to be a borderline safety issue. Ceiling bulb in bedroom Room 305 was out. Bulb over stovetop Room 305 was out. Room 305 was missing dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, and a can/bottle opener. Front Desk was happy and prompt in providing them.

The suite was spacious, having a kitchen & living room was great - it was like having an apartment. This was a 10X better choice than renting on airbnb or vrbo. Breakfast was really good along with the happy hour. Kazi and Mysha were very professional and friendly. All the staff were exceptionally nice.

Breakfast was quite good. The breakfast room was comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The web site showed an address as 401 Bay Area Blvd. I put that location in Waze and it took me to a car wash. The actual address is E. Bay Area Blvd. Big difference.

Very nice apartment room, with all what is needed. Comfortable bed and two TV's in two different rooms. Sufficient kitchen to warm up or make your own food. Nice pool and basketball yard for the kids. WIFI worked well. Good breakfast.

The workspace and desk for computer/office work, could be a bit bigger - Given that the rest of the space is so big. Maybe you could make some of the rooms with a special profile for more "office-work friendly"

The breakfast was better than I was expecting. We have stayed in various Homewood Suites and this one has the best breakfast so far. The ladies working the food area kept it stocked and cleaned. The food is Sysco food that you get at any hotel, however, it was actually good.

There was no soap for the dishwasher in the room. We rinsed the few cups we used and loaded the dishwasher before we left, but could not start it before we left.

We were upset the pool was closed for the 4 days we were there. It wasn't cleaned and opened. The pool was the reason we picked that hotel.

Staff was polite and helpful at all hours of the day.

Down stairs near the elevator has a ceiling patch that needs to be replaced correctly.
