The King Suite by the pool area was perfect for our stay, spacious and close to where the kids wanted to play. I was admittedly nervous to stay by the pool expecting to hear noise, but it was quiet our entire stay. The pool was busy but the rooms are extremely soundproof. Breakfast was quick and easy with a variety of options. Bed and room overall, clean and neat and very comfortable. Front Desk Staff and Manager, were all extremely nice and helpful, obvious a commitment to professional excellence all shifts.

The only thing that I didn't like was that I didn't have longer to stay, but will stay again as soon as we can. It was definitely very relaxing and just what we needed for the week.

Big studio type rooms, great cleaning staff, and quiet atmosphere

My wife was cold at night so she pulled down an extra blanket from the closet, in the morning she woke up with bites all over her body. When she informed the front desk they told her to bring over the blanket. She had to drag it pass the dining area in the morning and show.the disinterested staff person the little bugs that were on the blanket. He finally offered to have the cleaning stuff change the sheets or have us move in our room we decided to allow the cleanings everywhere excellent to change the sheets.

Lots of room, of course just like an efficiency apartment but bigger. Nice kitchen facilities and the refrigerator had an ice maker. Staff was nice.

The actual bathroom was small, I had to keep the door open so I didn't feel so claustrophobic or bash my knees by it. Actual counter space for bathroom sink was outside and had nice size closet. The breakfast via their handout page said breakfast sandwiches were available but they only had cereal, bagels or toast, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. So I was slightly disappointed.

Room is quite spacious and comfortable. Good privacy and peacful property. Couple of staff at reception were extremely charming and helpful (while one was not, but no bad feelings as he may be opting to be serious by choice).

No breakfast, no coffee even (though star bucks and mcdonald are just adjoining the building) but coffee in should be available. Also no paid dry cleaning service.

Good location and rooms were setup nice for traveling with children. Staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival.

While at the pool someone that we were later told was not a guest was using the pool. At some point during our time at the pool he took our room key and stole a cell phone, debit card, and phone charger; assuming he was watching guests and which buildings they come out of. When I alerted the office about and gave a description there had been other issues with this induvial. Fraudulent charges were made on our card and texts we're sent from our phone. When I called the hotel to see if they had an update on the suspect they let me now he was later seen on the property and asked to leave. I feel the hotel should have been more helpful in assisting w/police reports and contacting authorities after our departure when the suspect was still on the property.

Extremely friendly staff. Everyone was helpful. Special mention to Ms. Mari. Clean. Great value for money. The room, for me, was much better than other higher rated hotels I have stayed in other parts of the world. Laundry and drier machines are also available at site which was not mentioned in their details.

It has a McD and StarB nearby, but need to walk around 10mns to reach group of shops. Not a big issue. Just highlighting the disadvantage compared to nearby hotel.

studio is beautiful kitchen and most of all the bed was so comfortable soft pillows and sheets best sleep even compared with any other hotel I stayed. staff at the front desk was very nice and professional very mindful and helpful from my check in thanks so much to the rep (forgot his name) very nice, diligent and mindful

when I checked in, they assigned me a first level room and it was very uncomfortable the noise from the room above. it was like stamping noise loud noise. I was tired and sleepy when I got there and couldn’t sleep l. fortunately I call front desk and the guy was very diligent and understanding of the situation and changed me to a second floor unit and I was happy to stay there.

The lady that was at check in and check out (same person) was great. When I asked for pizza recommendations she steered me to some of the best pizza ever.she was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and I loved that it was on the ground floor

The pool wasn't working. I had 2 kids that had spent the day at an amusement park. We were hot and wanted to swim. I should have been notified (it was out 2 days) so we would have time for other options. She said it would be available the day we were checking out.

Clean spacious room. Clean grounds.

This hotel is being converted to Nasa Apartments. Te facility is mostly now apartments I would prefer to avekown this in advance. There was no breakfast etc

Everything was wonderful! Great location and excellent staff. Room was huge. It was a two bedroom fully furnished suite, and it had two bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen and fireplace.We will be booking here again!

There were no elevators, and all the bigger rooms were on the second floor. Get ready to climb the stairs.
