The location was beyond perfect, there is so much around and so close to everything. The breakfast was so good and the kitchen ladies were the sweetest and went above and beyond and even made waffles for the guests there. The front staff was amazing as well. 10/10 for us and we will definitely stay again for our next trip.

The only thing that wasn’t the best was our check in, we got there before 3 and our room wasn’t ready. It wasn’t a big deal, we went to the mall to pick up some things and when we returned around 4:45 our room was not ready yet and still took a bit. It did put us behind on our plans with family that night, but the staff was great with us and comped us some snacks.

Greeted with a smile, which is always a good start after a long flight from England. Picked due to location to NASA and was very happy with my choice. Friendly staff, good location, Laundry, gym, pool, parking. Good breakfast choice not just the basic stuff. (Lovely friendly ladies keeping every topped up and clean). Large clean room, nice to have counter space for toiletries and make up etc. would stay again if in the area. Thank you.

Hampton inn has the best breakfast. The ladies that help with the breakfast are amazing. They are welcoming. The location is perfect, near almost everything within walking distance.

The carpet was wet for some reason. The room felt damp with a funny smell. I wish there were two chairs. You can't adjust the refrigerator. All of our items were frozen.

Great location for us to visit NASA in Houston. We were only here for two nights and one whole day. The room was a good size and the bed was really comfortable. It had everything in it you could ask for. We swam in the pool and used the hot tub, which was a nice little break to our long travels. Breakfast was okay. There are lots of restaurants around so you don't have to look too far. There is also a shopping outlet down the road for some good shopping.

We didn't like the connecting rooms, which seemed a theme throughout our visit to Texas.

Breakfast was good and the staff were the best, they clearly take pride in their work and presented a nice breakfast. Well done to the two ladies there. We would stay there again. Good restaurants within a short walking distance and 15 min walk from the park and ride facility.

Staff that were not new were amazing and very friendly

Half of the staff were new, items were charged to our room $200 worth of items when no one made purchases. There were cockaroached in out room, it mightve been from Hurricane Beryl the weekend before but I no longer felt comfortable in

The breakfast was amazing they had lots of choices and kept restocking. Very clean. The pool was perfect beens we spent most of our time swimming.

I'm a mom balling on a budget, so I prepayed for almost everything on our trip. Maybe disclose to ppl that you will hold 50 dollars until check out.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff was very nice. Front desk took care of my problems in guest laundry. Repair man was very helpful with the dryer situation.

One dryer was stuck so you couldn't put in money. Repairman had to jumpstart it. Other dryer took 2 - 45 min. cycles to dry my c;lothes. At home it takes only 40 min. The bathtub was extremely slippery when showering.

The suite room 220 was very nice. The extra space made a big difference from having our usual rectangular room. Was centrally located to our weekend needs and activities. Breakfast was very good!

Gets a little crowded around the front of the building when you have several large vehicles checking in and out.

One of the good things about the Hotel was that it was within walking distance to many things to do and eat. The breakfast was awesome and also being free was great to.

Water pressure was ok but I guess I am spoiled to my house water pressure. Not really much to say bad about the place.
