Location and room was great for our trip. Room was large and beds were comfortable.

We stayed two nights. The first morning breakfast had minimal options at 8:00 am, there were biscuits, but the gravy stayed empty for 30-45 minutes, cereal, but no milk even after asking for more. Only one waffle maker was working so it had a long line since most other foods were out. May have just been a busy morning with a lot of travelers but having breakfast included is one of the things we look for when traveling, so was a little disappointing. The second morning, same options available, but it was better stocked.

Room was large and comfortable and location was convenient for our needs. Hotel Maintenance man was very alert to fix problems that I reported to him in timely fashion to make our stay more comfortable.

Housekeeping staff was not reporting room deficiencies that he could have repaired before guest were assigned. (Leaking tub faucet, electrical outlets and lamp not functional, toilet seat not secure. Breakfast was usually lacking eggs, only one choice of meat. I choose not to eat the offered food as it did not appear as satisfying.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was extremely easy to get in and out so traffic wasn't an issue. The parking lot was great; we parked by the front door every day. The staff were extremely friendly. Check in was easy and quick. Our room was huge! Much bigger than a standard king room, so we didn't feel boxed in, which can happen after a day or too. Housekeeping did a fantastic job; the room was clean and tidy when we checked in; no issues there. I wipe everything down with a clorox wipe when I check in and the wipe didn't have a bit of dirt on it. They cleaned every day; fresh towels and amenities. The bed was perfect, not too hard and not too soft. I even enjoyed the pillows which are usually the most challenging part of hotel sleeping. There were outlets and charging stations conveniently located. It was a great room for the price. The indoor pool was a little cool, but refreshing. If it had been summer, the temp would be perfect, but for April it was still a little on the cool side. That didn't stop us from swimming! We loved sitting in the hot tub and then dipping into the pool...very brisk! Even though our room was across from the elevator, we didn't hear it at all. In fact, we really didn't hear any of our neighbors. Everyone was so quiet. The bed was perfect, not too hard and not too soft. I even enjoyed the pillows which are usually the most challenging part of hotel sleeping.

Not really a dislike, but the breakfast was meh. It got the job done, but it wasn't up to the task of feeding us for 6 days in a row. We ate out a few times. It wasn't bad, it just didn't have the variety to go the distance. I don't eat bread, so it was even more limited for me. They had sausage, biscuits & gravy, hard boiled eggs with the shell on, waffles, toast, croissant, muffins, jelly, cream cheese, and maybe some yogurt. Coffee & fixings, juices, water. Peanut butter might be a nice addition, as well as some fruit like bananas.

Very nice option near NASA JSC. All the hotel is space themed. It has a pool and a small gym with basic things. Good for the value. The room was very big and comfortable. Has a tub and amenities in the bathroom. The bed was big and very comfy. Has cable TV. It has a sofa and a desk area to work. Very nice Close to many restaurants and shopping malls.

All was perfect! Just would be nicer to renew the gym and make more friendly and inviting the access to the pool.

Good location for visiting NASA Space Center just 15mins and close to residential and coffee shop too. Moreover,it’s included Breakfast which nice ,but it would be better if boiled egg make it hot (my method just put in hot water 5mins). And the hotel available fitness room ,swimming pool (open from 9am-10pm) ,after back at 9pm ,I would love to enjoy the pool before go to bed.

Great location if you are visiting Johnson Space Center. It was about 2.5 miles away I believe. There are a lot of restaurants in the area as well as stores. There’s entertainment in the area as well. A short drive to Galveston in case you are also planning on visiting Pleasure Pier.

Breakfast could be a little better. But it was convenient. But again, there is a bunch of restaurants in the area in case you do have the budget for extra meals.

Contracted cleaning staff completely forgot to clean my room. Complained to management but cleaning staff had left for the day. Seems as though if cleaning staff comes to clean room and there is a do not disturb sign, they cross it off and never come back to clean the room, even if sign is removed. Need better cleaning services staff.

Close proximity to the medical facility my wife had treatment at. Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub as well as the breakfast

When our room was cleaned they did not replace the Kleenex and they took the shampoo. We had to go get shampoo from the lobby. Also, when they cleaned our room they moved our clothes and the head wrap we bought for my wife’s treatment disappeared.

The staff greeting was great. The location is excellent! The room was a great size and comfy.

While the rooms were cleaned. Dusting with polish is a must. Behind lamp tables could use attention. Our fridge in 317 did not work. I clean for a living so detail is everything. They were definitely cleaned but detail is priority in housekeeping 🙂

Location was good for us. Loved having a strip mall just a short walk away, with Buffalo Wild Wings and several other eateries. Price was great, and room was spacious.

Difficult to get to because of the road configuration, and hard to identify because of inadequate signage. Breakfast was pretty meager. I thought La Quinta had quit the awful Nescafé coffee…not here.
