Very good hotel, quiet, comfortable and a very good location. We had the Houston CityPass and this hotel was a perfect location for all of them. The longest drive was only about 30 minutes with traffic. Also there was a very large orb weaver spider in the tree between the parking lots of the 2 hotels back there that became our friend lol. Our son named it Tony. Each day when we left we would go over and check on Tony to make sure it was OK. The last day after we loaded up our vehicle we had to go over and tell Tony goodbye and our son was hoping we could bring it home lol.

Having to find an ice machine that worked lol. We stayed on the second floor and at the time we stayed only the 3rd floor ice machine worked

I was initially pleased with my booking at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, which I appreciated. However, the experience took a turn for the worse the next morning. When my spouse and I went downstairs for breakfast, I was completely humiliated. The quality of the breakfast was appalling: the eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, and pancakes were all hard and inedible. It was an incredibly disappointing way to start the day, and unfortunately, it soured our overall experience. I will not be booking this hotel again in the future.

Friendly desk clerk at late night check-in. Informed us that breakfast ended at 9:30 am. Quiet room with very comfortable beds. Nice bathroom Nice location just of highway for visiting the Johnson Space Center Fantastic breakfast with pancakes, biscuits, eggs, sausage, bacon, pastries, yogurt, cereal, Juice/Coffee/Tea. There is no push to move you out of the eating area after they close.

When they say breakfast ends at 9:30 am, they mean it. The door to the side room where the breakfast is served gets locked at 9:30. I didn't realize this as most places I have been start taking the items into a back room so one still has access to things like juice and water for a few minutes after closing. I only had juice to drink. By the time I realized I wanted some water, the door was locked. They did have coffee and some hot water for tea in the eating area, so at least I was able to have some tea.

Location! I travel between Houston Medical facilities and League City and the location is convenient to Hobby airport and these other facilities. It is near lots of restaurants and shopping. Costco is next door! Easy on/off to the highway.

The front of the hotel is a bit noisy due to the parking lot, entrance and the highway nearby. Otherwise, no significant complaints.

The staff was VERY FRIENDLY . They were available at all times and answered every question . Every time I walked by the front desk they always acknowledged me an my family ! If we are ever back in Texas we would definitely choose this hotel over an over again. The hotel stood clean even the pool area , the trash was never overflowing, you smell cleaning supplies upon entering

The location coupled with the expected Holiday Inn quality of service.

The morning breakfast was as bad as I have ever had! Fried eggs that were cold. Not a little warm: cold. Sausage patties that you could not cut with the plastic silverware. And cold as well. Potatoes were .... Yes,. ... cold. The bagel was hot... should be since I was the one that put it in the toaster!

Everything! We were looking for a hotel close to our residence because Hurricane Beryl just came through on Monday the 8th of July. We had stayed in Kemah because there were none available close to the house right after. I found out through the staff that they had just got power restored themselves! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! We also loved the continental breakfast! The room, service, and housekeeping were wonderful!!

The front desk staff was amazing. Michelle and the man up front (I didn’t get his name, he was a cool cat!!) both were awesome! Will definitely return. I enjoyed my stay with my boyfriend.

The pancake maker was very slow so there was a line for it that took a long time and they ran out of syrup and didn’t refill so I couldn’t get any for my pancakes but that’s all I could say!

It was very clean and comfortable

They don’t go and clean unless you tell them too. I waited 2 days to get my room clean after I told them and I had to go back and tell them again. I had to go downstairs to get clean towels and extra toilet paper because no one showed up.

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Location was perfect as it was only a 30 minute drive to our final destination of Galveston and our Carnival cruise. We were coming from San Antonio and didn't want to risk the drive on a Sunday without a stopover in case the traffic was bad. So we drove on Saturday to get as close as we could and still stay close to the main highway to Galveston after a stopover at the hotel.

A few more tables in the breakfast area? Might not be possible, though. There's really nothing else we did not like. All was really good for us.
