The room was huge and comfortable, and they provided us with pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was also a kitchenette with sink, burners, fridge and microwave

It appears as though a family with a child had stayed in the room prior as there was pink paint(?) on some of the furniture and in the sink. The curtain rod in the shower was also loose and the curtain didn't want to stay put

It’s located near everything that is convenient. It’s not too far from what you need such as restaurants, shopping stores, or fun amenities like Kemah Boardwalk!

It’s not that I didn’t like, but was a little cautious for it being tucked away in the corner, however, it really was a nice stay.

Bed was very comfortable, ac was cold (necessity for Houston) and the kitchen was clean and well laid out. No roaches or other bugs, which I have sometimes experienced at other extended stay hotels.

There were a number of families with children, so the noise level in the evenings was higher than expected, but not unbearable.

I always like to have at least one bed in a separate room so my youngest can sleep well. The full sized dining table was a pleasant surprise. And having a working kitchen makes the trips much more affordable.

The teeny tiny sink makes is hard to wash dishes (but better than no sink at all!) The living room chair was very old and sagging. Just make sure you bring a couple extra pillows and it's fine though.

The desk clerk Angel was very helpful and pleasant.

Too many kids running the floors after 9 pm. The bad drivers in parking lot racing. There should be some signs or speed bumps. Lots of families crossing parking lot.

We stayed 4 days 3 nights and they only gave us 3 coffee packs and said they could provide anymore.

the location is perfect and it’s quiet

The staff was very friendly and the maintenance man was extremely helpful to our needs. The room was amazing. I felt like a mini home. I love it

We liked the facility and what the room offered. The A/C was really cold, too!

We were having trouble finding the place and tried to call several times but no one ever answered the phone.
