Ceiling fan in room. Bed and pillows were great. Towel animals were fun. Overall I loved this hotel.

One sugar creamer package for 4 different beverages furnished. Absolutely ridiculous!! Does housekeeping pay for these items out of their own pocket? Next time I'll bring my own since they're so scarce.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and spacious. Love the tiny powdered and chocolate hostess Donuts in the morning

Breakfast is limited but for what they had. It was pretty good. Did not have Disney plus as advertised or atleast didn't know how to find it

Everything with the room was good. Clean, comfortable bed, jetted tub. The Lady that works there is very nice and helpful!

The man at check-in attempted to charge me a 100 dollar deposit for allegedly living within 30 miles. I live over 70 miles away. Other than that he was very nice and efficient!

This is one of the most comfortable rooms/beds i've ever stayed in for any price. AC was perfect and bed was super comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Lobby/breakfast does not open until 7am which I consider to be late. Many people, myself included, must get on the road before 7am so I was unable to get coffee here.

All of the staff working were super nice and the motel was mint clean. I'm weird when it comes to staying places but it smelled clean, had clean sheets and a heated pool. 10/10.

The shower water could have been a little hotter but that's not that big of a deal.

Front desk was more to gan helpful ,and understanding. Well trained and not lazy . They were right on top of it no ? Asked were most hotels I would have had an issue Simply cause they wouldn't want to take the time to do it.

Very convenient to NASA, plenty of stores and restaurants and medical facilities (which we needed for non-emergency) very close by. Reception and house staff very friendly and welcoming.

Property and amenities were exactly as described online. Suma and Deven were amazing. Any needs we had were promptly taken care of in a very professional manner. Incredible hospitality!

We liked that the manager Mick went out of his way because we had a jet tub that did not work he did what he could and got us another room with no problems

Devin was great and very friendly. We originally booked the room as a little couple get away for the night. Online made it seem like the room I booked had a huge jet tub. Upon arrival, it didnt but he did let us upgrade to one that did for an extra $25. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfy. The jet bath was pretty cool. The room did however have a bad smell that wouldn't go away. My fiance said it smelled like trash. Not sure that it was all worth $115 though. Was pretty disappointed about breakfast though. Store bought donuts.
