The gentleman at the front desk was the perfect example of how people in the hospitality industry should treat everyone who walks through their doors. I didn't get his name, but I wish I would have so I could tell his boss to give him a promotion and let him train all current and future employees. My reservation had all kinds of issues due to my bank. At any other hotel, I would have been turned away and lost the money I spent on the reservation. This man turned what would have been a stressful, agonizing situation, into a pleasant, stress-free transaction that took less than 2 minutes! I can't thank him enough! You're the best!

Breakfast is $10/per person. Reasonable, I guess, but kind of petty to charge for breakfast AND require a $50 incidental fee. You end up paying twice what your reservation cost was for the room after they tack on incidentals and breakfast. Makes a good deal not so good anymore.

The staff was amazing. I didn’t have any concerns. The only thing that we didn’t like was that Booking never sent the hotel our reservation so they couldn’t find us in their system. But after about an hour the staff rectified the situation and gave us our room anyway. When we called Booking they wanted us to rebook and pay the rates again before they would give us a refund on the room they screwed up on. We were pretty furious with Booking and will probably be booking through Expedia from now on!

Was very clean, walk in and smelled amazing. Friendly staff, easy check in. Room was perfect. Nice big size, clean, comfortable, breakfast was included in my rate but got charged one morning. She corrected it. And made to order breakfast. Perfect. Will stay here again.

First night went downstairs to order dinner. They totally forgot to make my salad. Received Flatbread but not salad. Honestly I think the person taking orders was more involved in talking to all the men at the bar. I was only female there and she wasn't very attentive. It's ok. We all have an off night.

We only had pastries and coffee for breakfast due to an early boarding for cruise. Lobby was nice and staff was friendly. Nice rooms. Small grill but was able to find something for dinner-didn't have to go find a restaurant.

There was no bartender. Could only serve wine or beer. No frozen drinks.

The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The parking lot was close to the entrance with ample space.

The buffet breakfast was a bit poor.

I liked the afternoon guy at the check in desk, he was very friendly. I also liked Patty at breakfast. Patty was friendly and served us well. Plus everything from above.

Patty could use a helper.

The cleanliness of the hotel and spacious.

Access to the luggage dolly. Not enough given the amount people checking in and out.

Didn't have the breakfast. But the staff was really great about assisting us with our luggage as there were not anymore bell carts.

The front desk gentleman was extremely nice and helpful. I believe his name was Jordan. Will definitely stay here again. We cruise about 5 times a year and have always stayed in galveston but never again. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

The breakfast was good and it was a good price. I have stayed at a Hilton before but the breakfast was included.
