Everything!!, the price is always great, very clean, and the staff is very professional and friendly, we got everything we needed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, TV, etc., We always stay here when we're here to visit family, best motel/ hotel in this area !!, I've stayed at other ones in the area when this place has no vacancies, and we prefer this one because the rest are not clean and we just wind up having a bad experience ....sapphire inn and suites 100% the best 👌 👍 😍

It was very clean and closer to almost everything we needed. It is a walking distance to a grocery store. We had a little stove that we could cook on. Very clean and spacious room.
The power went out twice in our room. We realized that it happened when we turn both the microwave and stove on at the same time. ( Facility needs to inform guests to use only one appliances at the time so that it doesn’t happen) . Other than that it still was a good stay.

Clean worth the price !
My key didn’t work and they never gave me a new key so I had to keep going to the main desk asking them to open my door every time I wanted to get in my room.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice size tv on wall tv has a good picture. Bathtub could be painted or something but over all great value for the price.
People upstairs were noisy and lots of noise from people and outside. Bathroom could be cleaner looking or painted or something. But still good Value for the price

It was a very nice and clean room. Large room with a large bed. It is in a nice area with everything you could need around you. Staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

it was sooooo clean and newly remodeled. Gorgeous details. Excellent price. would definitely stay again.
If I HAD to say one thing …I would’ve like a reading lamp on nightstand for night time but other than that not one other thing.
