The beds were very comfy. The room we were in had the toilet separate from the shower area which we loved! The bar looked cool but we did not have anything from it. We loved the toiletries available in the shower.

We didn’t get a chance to have breakfast, swim or use the gym area. If we had, I’m sure the rating would be higher. But due to not having experienced everything, I gave it a very good rating. The hand soap did not have a pleasant scent and there were no trash bags in the cans in the room….not bad things just personal preference. We also didn’t have enough towels, but we also had our own.

The continental breakfast was very nice. There were multiple options, cooked food was nice and hot, and the kitchen attendant was friendly and worked hard to keep up with the morning rush. The size and layout of the room were comfortable and the split shower and toilet area with sink were convenient. The registration desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We didn’t use the bar on this visit but it was a nice addition and multiple people looked like they were enjoying it.

The mattress was too soft and probably needed to be replaced. I always take disinfectant wipes to wipe down handles, remotes, table tops, etc for health reasons. The TV remote showed signs of dirt as well as the edges of the desk were clearly dirty. There was a large water bug (roach) that was on the couch and started to climb on our 10 yr old granddaughter. She would not come back to our room, but stayed in her parents room. Bright outside light directly next to our window brightened our room (133) at night in spite of closing the black out curtains.

Booking .com put a price for the first night and made it higher the next 2 nights. If I would have known they were going to do that, I would not have made the reservation. My brother died and we came for his funeral. Thanks

I didn't expect that more money would be withdrawn, we rented a room for 152, but in fact we paid 180, they explained to me that this was a deposit, and that the money would be returned to my account, but I didn't see such information when I made the room reservation

great breakfast and it was a nice room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only negatives were the side doors didn't work so had to keep walking around the building and elevator would only go up not down so had to call to get elevator sent to your floor and Ice machines broken on multiple floors.

It was a nice and relaxing environment and the young lady working the counter during the day from Friday, June 21st through Sunday, June 23rd was very polite and extremely helpful.

The location is perfect for visit the space center.

When arriving the person in desk ask me for a card and do a double charge again (the room was paid) but the hotel give me the credit back only sending a message via booking, but that's all.

The breakfast was fine. The room was adequate. The employees were friendly.

Have everything offered at breakfast ready at the start time. Several times the front desk was overwhelmed for one person.

pool wasn't clean after being told it was shocked, pool was closed one day, didn't go back to see if it was closed the following days.

Arrived around 11 pm to discover no room service, no restaurants open and very few food options at the counter. Had some trouble with Uber not wanting picking me up early in the morning.
