The young man who help me when I first arrived, was excellent and gratefully helpful. He knew what it took to please the customers. He is very knowledgeable about his job duties to be of that age. Even though that campus was having technical difficulties. He remained calm and took care of business professionally. Everyone was extremely happy and nice.

I can tell that it is an older suite and it needs a lot of upgrades. The carpet needs to be replaced the refrigerator needs to be replaced, and the A/C needs some work. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay there.

Front Desk- White lady- very attentive to customers and was interested in making sure we were comfortable ,- we will be back!!!

Black lady ( Breakfast Crew) had her entire family there. Rude as Hell!!!! need more Customer Service training in this area. If you're going to have breakfast make sure that you do. I was there for three days. Breakfast was gone no refilling nothing and if you asked the Blk lady she was rude with her response. Hopefully you'll mention it. I will be back to see if you did. This property offers us everything we need, while not making us pay for a bunch of stuff we don’t. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is modest but offers eggs and waffles plus fresh fruit. Staffing is lean, but staff members were always courteous and helpful.

Dryer in self-service laundry was out of commission. There was no sign to that effect, so we didn’t know till our clothes were already washing. Hopefully this was a one-off. As they renovate, it would be really nice to add a restroom off the lobby/breakfast area.

The room and inside areas all really look and feel like a (almost) new hotel. Our room was very large with two queenbeds and a sofa area. Nice fridge, large toilet/shower - all new and renovated. The pool is a decent size but not large.

So right beneath our window a pile of rubbish from renovation was being deposited in a container. Weirdly enough that only happened every morning between 6:30 to 7 - but hey they were almost finished when we left, so you wont have to endure it.

They’re almost finished completely remodeling the entire property. The rooms, the lobby and the grounds were like brand new. The staff, including Jake, Gordon, Jordan, and Marchelleta, We’re very professional and truly cared for the people staying there.

I didn’t rate it a 10 because the breakfast was fine but nothing special. They need another big trashcan in the breakfast area because the person at the front desk also deals with breakfast being supplied which keeps them busy.

The staff are very kind and helpful. The price is quite affordable, and the room is clean.

There was no hairdryer in the room. The staff struggled to find one in the hotel. Fortunately, he managed to find one about two hours later. However, I still find it odd that such a basic amenity, like a hair dryer, is in short supply at a hotel. Maybe the hotel should purchase more.

The staff was amazing and friendly. The rooms were very clean and big, I received 2 king size bed rooms for the price of the double queen bed price due to an issue w/plumbing so the room I reserved was not available.

I did not like that when I arrived our rooms were not ready so they advised it would be 10-15 minutes longer. I returned 15 minutes later and they were still not ready. They also advised the rooms were next to each other

it was amazing. Pool was clean and open. All facilities working minus the gym but thats never an issue for my family. Rooms were exceptionally clean and fresh smelling. Front desk on all shifts were extremely helpful and accommodating. I will return to this hotel every time i need to stay somewhere. 10 stars!!!

Convenience.

Laundry facilities. Dryer didnt work and I lost a buck. When I brought it to the attention of the clerk she said, "Oh, yeah, they dont work". No offer of a refund. No sign, or locked door saying, OUT OF SERVICE. But she did offer to dry my shorts in the hotel dryers. I just used the AC instead.

So it is a Comfort Suites and what you expect you got. I expect the chain to be a great budget option with clean, confortable facilities and decent beds. The beds were better than expected and the suite room was a great price for the space.

The only area where there could have been more was the continental breakfast. In my experience with this chain, there is usually at least one hot protein option and there wasn't. They did have good waffles though.
