The hotel was in a great location for what we wanted to do. It was very clean. The breakfast was very good with hot & cold options. It was too chilly to swim, but the pool area looked clean & inviting. The room was large and the king bed was comfy. It had a fridge & microwave. The bathroom had plenty of towels, and supplied basic toiletries. But what makes this hotel really wonderful is the staff. Every person we spoke with with was friendly, helpful, and warm. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything. They offered coupons to local restaurants and attractions. They obviously take pride in their work and the hotel. They excel at customer service.

Our only complaint would be the pillows. They were too soft/flat for our liking. But it wouldn't keep us from staying again.

Nice hotel very close to the NASA Space Center. The rooms are a bit worn out and the gym should be updated but in general a good stay, good value for money and super helpful staff.

The breakfast and gym should be updated / upgraded.

The hospitality at this hotel is possibly the best we have ever received. The staff was friendly, accommodating and their general positive attitudes made for a delightful stay. The morning breakfast was fantastic, and the staff's cheerfulness and bright disposition made a great start to the day. The pool was a fantastic bonus, and we spent afternoons lounging by the pool and reading our books. Could not have had a better experience. This hotel is family run, and it shows. I honestly can not identify anything that I did not like about this stay. Maybe having peanut butter as an addition to the breakfast buffet? Everything was so wonderful.

The location was perfectly very convenient and there was access to everything in the areas I'll was able to get too. The staff were wonderful, and you felt like you weren't in a hotel. The breakfast (Full buffet)Great and entertaining with (David Owner of the Hotel)making the waffles 🧇 and making sure everyone was accommodate especially on a rainy Saturday morning outside.David full of life and entertainment made the morning rain outside felt not even know noticed. Thanks for a great weekend. Also, Marco's 🍕 Pizzas in the area and the Kemah Boardwalk.

The property was in great shape it exceeded my expectations. I thought it would be an ok one nighter and found you could definitely stay longer and be pleased. The staff was some of the friendliest I have ever met and I feel like their customer service was something you find at a five star resort. Pool was in good shape and it is nice to have salt water instead of chlorine. Breakfast was great and one of the staff even got my son a hot wheel and my daughter a full size candy bar for free. The staff show a lot of heart and care for this little hotel. It is nearby nasa and the Kemah board walk but not close enough that you get the crowds with two major attractions. This place was a hidden gem.

Nothing comes to mind. I would recommend they maybe advertise more for cruise ship crowd not a criticism but just a suggestion. The property is much nicer than ones we stayed at in Galveston and paid parking being cheaper than a hotel night makes this a real jewel.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Each morning guests are greeted with " Good Morning Family " by the host David. He helped us find amazing activities with suggestions for dining. You get discounts at local restaurants as well for staying. The room was clean, nice size with a refrigerator and microwave. Plenty of plugs in the room for charging electronics. Decor was a little dated, but beds had 4 pillows each. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the saltwater pool, but it was always clean. Breakfast was hearty with eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, oven roasted potatoes, 2 waffle irons etc.. We WILL be coming back to stay here

Family owned business. Everyone who worked there assisted in EVERY WAY!! I’m not good with names, but the Manager/Owner was top notch!! Assisted us with places to go, things to do…there, as well as Galveston. Beds were comfy, bathroom clean, it even had a microwave and fridge!! Pool looked nice, but I didn’t swim. Sold drinks like beer and Sake…just ask the clerk!!! Especially when you run out!! There’s a few local businesses that offer discounts when you show them your room key. It’s about a mile and a half from Kemah, but it’s worth staying at!!!

We stayed there after Hurricane Beryl and the electricity was out. Since we were desperate for a place to stay, they made sure that we had one of the very few rooms that did have a cold A/C and water. Although the electricity came back on shortly after we got there, their electronic key thingy wasn't working correctly. They had to run and unlock every single door whenever someone needed to get into their room. We were there on vacation, so we were in and out of our room all day and night for 3 days. Not one time did we have to wait. Each time someone had to run and unlock our door, they had a smile on their face and was extremely friendly. Kudos 👏 to all of the employees at this hotel. We were treated like family from everyone.

The staff was exceptional. Helpful, cheerful and willing to do anything to make your stay comfortable. I really wish there were more places operated like them. The rooms and pool were clean, ammenities in the room and plenty others not included available for purchase. Great area as well, close to Houston Space Center and Kemah Boardwalk.

The pillows could have been more plush, kinda of flat. The carpet in rooms make them smell a little musty but indeed the room was clean.

Very clean and well kept. Lobby, hallways, dining area and common areas are kept clean, fresh smelling and well-maintained. Friendly and welcoming personnel in all areas.

It is an older hotel but you can tell that the current owners are constantly improving the interior and exterior. My only complaint was the breakfast offerings were exactly the same each day. A changing variety of hot items would be nice for those staying more than one or two nights.
