I've stayed at many places in Seabrook and this is by far my favorite for the price. It was so clean, smelled good, room was HUGE, air conditioner worked amazingly, staff was very friendly, breakfast is awesome with omelets, pancakes and more. I actually love that the back of the hotel is wooded area. It makes it seem more private and we were able to sleep with our window shade open to see outside at night. This will be my go to hotel from now on. I also loved the comforters on the bed. So comfy. I didn't get any photos because I had my stuff unpacked everywhere before I thought about it. But it looks just like the photos.

I honestly couldn't think of any negatives

Upon first greeting as we walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming. Really helpful and friendly. Good location for local attractions and shopping. Bonus points for the freshly baked cookies that Leslie made for guests in reception. We were able to store our bags securely for a few hours before having to go to the airport which was great.

Nothing against the hotel, just our room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke probably from the previous guests. Given that obviously the windows aren’t able to be opened, there wasn’t much anyone could do about it. Other than that, the rest of the hotel smelled great.

The first time i tipped a stuff member happened here and it tells a lot. She was really helpful and made us feel like at home. Thank you! Besides that, the location is super convenient - close to the boardwalk and NASA center. Highly recommended place!

I wish that you could have a normal European breakfast - some vegetables and greens instead of processed food and baked products, but that's a problem for the whole US (well unless you're going for the ultra-premium segment)

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and easy to find.

The breakfast has been much better at other Holiday Inn Expresses my fiancee and I have visited. No one replenished food in a timely manner, and the only coffee available was decaf. 😔 Also, our TV was not getting a good signal, so it was hard to enjoy a program on any channel. That was after getting a remote from the front desk.

Breakfast offered boxes of chocolate milk, which tasted wonderful. We wanted to eat at Seabrook Cafe, extremely close and with excellent food and pies. Our room was large and comfortable, and reasonably priced.

Everything was fine. We didn't have any problems checking in or staying here, but other people did; maybe that's just life.

Conveniently located near several attractions

The cleanliness of the rooms and the hospitality of the lady who checked us in and the lady who checked us out! The nicest hotel I’ve been to ever!

Only drawbacks were repeated breakfasts for the week we were there. A little variety would have been appreciated.

Rooms were big and clean...loved the Dove toiletries..location worked great for us..breakfast had nice selections..front entry was nice and we were able to get in a little early..pillows were great..a breakfast was what sold me on this hotel..

pool was kinda small..biscuits and gravy would have been nice for breakfast..elevators were kinda slow..maybe some snacks machines so you do not have to hunt down a convince store..we had 2 rooms..very pricey..

Looks new, modern and comfortable. The hotel room was clean. The breakfast was generous and good.

Little messy on the first floor, close to the elevator. The pancake machine didn’t work.

Quiet, easy access, check in and check out very smooth! Breakfast was great, eggs, omelets, pastries, pancakes, sausage, bacon, ect!

Absolutely nothing!!!! 10/10 will definitely stay again!
