The breakfast was great! The staff in charge at the breakfast area was very accommodating, cheerful, and nice.

We went there to check-in early, around 2:45 pm, but only one room is already available. The other room was not, so we waited for about 45 minutes. Me and my husband was a bit disappointed because the manager Mirasol (I am not sure if that's her name) said that the cleaners need to take their lunch first before cleaning the room. I did not argue, nor complained because I know they also need to eat. What I can suggest is, perhaps, they should know their priorities. The company or the organization could like give them trainings for learning how to handle such situations. I hope they could also check the customer's information to know how far they travelled.

Breakfast was great They were clean the ladies in the kitchen were on it and I would definitely be going back. My son and family lives there I was able to take my grandkids back to my room It was upgraded to a suite so that they can spend the night with us at the hotel and it was perfect there was plenty of room It was spacious. The lady at the front desk the night of check in was very helpful and pleasant!

I don't have anything that I would have changed for this visit.

Clean comfortable large non-smoking room. Huge selection of Continental Breakfast items. Beautiful and spacious dining area. Courteous and attentive Front Desk attendant.

Unexpected construction 🚧 in the area when entering hotel property.

Breakfast, was okay some items were lukewarm.Very Clean well kept breakfast area variety of food.The person working the area was a very tentative and very friendly.

The parking spots a lil narrow in the front.

Norma (at the front desk) was especially helpful. She told me how to become a rewards member after I told her that I was planning another trip. I plan on using the Hilton rewards program after being loyal to Marriott for many years.

I didn't like how you have to walk outside to access the pool. In most nice hotels such as this one, there is an access door through the the building. I feel safer knowing that the general public can't just walk up to me from the parking lot.

Everything was amazing!!! Love how the whole placed was decorated for the 4th of July!!

We had 4 people in our room but only 3 sets of towels. When I asked for one more set I was told no. My son ended up using a pool towel to shower with.

The check-in service was fast and very pleasant. Mrs. Melinda, the receptionist, was wonderful. She was a joy to see both days of my stay.

Huge compliments to the cleaning staff, they do a very, very good job, I've never seen the room cleaned so thoroughly every day, the staff at reception are incredibly friendly, the hotel is generally very good.equipped clean new and in very good condition

I had a room with a connecting door and unfortunately there are guests like Mexicans who don't know when to be quiet, so it wasn't always quiet.

the Pool was nice but It was dirty it was not on, the shower would only do hot water so we had to endure cause we were tired and didn’t want to deal with more stress but I did let them know before leaving about the shower issue.
