Everything was clean. The breakfast was outstanding. I mean wonderful. I forgot the young lady's name, but she did a phenomenal job. The rooms are clean basically comfortable. I really don't have any complaints about the place whatsoever. I definitely will go back there next time. I'm there to get my dinner work done I go once a year and so far I've stayed 2 times at the hotel and it was great. The pool is fixed up now. Looks nice. Everything is great there. I really just don't have any complaints.

Been staying in different hotels for a month! I stayed in a Townesuites last year & was so comfortable, I stayed for 3 days! Go out of your way for the best hotel night you can find! I would return here again on my round trip!

The cleanliness in the facility and room was clean, bed was comfortable. Location was good.

That I had to wait extra time to check in to my room after being reserved. (check in time is at 3pm, I arrived at 5pm and room was not ready).

Coffee was strong and hot. Other than that I did not eat any breakfast.

the television did not have any signal for about 3 hours of my stay, it came back on but I didnt get a chance to enjoy my downtime as I went to an event when it came back on. It appears there was an outage the day before so that caused the disconnect in certain rooms apparently.

as soon as I walked in the room I found a dying roach on the floor . i informed the front desk and they apologized and immediately put me in a different room.
