I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Baytown was absolutely great. The entire hotel was super clean and well-kept, which made a huge difference. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and sweet—they made me feel right at home. The room itself was comfortable, spotless, and had a really nice, fancy feel to it. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

From the time my wife and I walked into the hotel till we left, we were very impressed. The lobby is clean and fresh. The check in process is quick and easy with very courteous staff. The room was larger than most other hotels we have stayed in. The bed is very very comfortable. The shower has good water pressure and adequate hot water. When we stay in Baytown again, The Hilton Garden Inn will be our choice. Thank You

Not enough parking close to the entrance is the only draw back to this property.

I was there to attend our Diamonds and Pearls 2024 Women's Conference. We had a very lovely time in a spacious ballroom and catered with delicious food that evening. Breakfast the next morning was good and filling. The staff was exceptional and the hotel very beautiful inside and out.

The only dislike I had was our waitress for breakfast. I don't know if she had a bad morning, but she had a bit of an attitude. However, she eventually got it together. Breakfast the next morning was great!

I like that the process of booking my hotel is easy. The service when I arrived was good. No major concerns overall.

Not a major concern. However, I wasn’t aware that even if you pay for the hotel stay in full before arriving. When checking in you still have to put a deposit down for potential damages. This needs to be known ahead of time before renting a room

The property was nicely furnished and clean.

There were no pool lights, and when asked, the staff did not know how to turn them on. Also, the key card system would not allow you into the building from the pool the same way we entered. Instead, we had to walk around and enter through the front lobby of the hotel. Not ideal.

We checked in easily, the room was very clean. We had the choice of what floor we preferred! I checked in by myself with my 3 children and felt safe. The beds were extremely comfortable!

The doors getting to the pool and doors available to you from the back parking lot were not working with the room keys! The pool and the bathrooms by the pool were very clean, plenty of towels also!

Staff, breakfast, and cleanliness was all outstanding. It's a wonderful place to stay while in Baytown and we have stayed a few times. Rooms are clean, beds are super comfortable, showers are great. The pool is fun and the green space to play is a lovely addition. Each time we are welcomed and made to feel at home while away from home. We will always stay here when traveling in the area.

While our stay was practically perfect, we did have a few hiccups. We paid additional for the full breakfast, only to meet pushback and additional payment was expected. This was cleared up and our initial payment was located. Wifi is not free, at least not for high speed.

It’s was very clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. My husband said their bloody Mary’s was probably one of the best he has ever had! So try those out for sure. The pool was clean. I did hate it was closed when we had a chance to swim before check out but no fault of their own.

Cleanliness quiet. Good breakfast. Friendly prompt service. And the mattress was soooooooo comfortable. I liked all the sitting areas available too.

I’m glad you asked. I hate your sliding barn doors at the bathroom. It doesn’t give much privacy. You can see through the gaps in the door and see the person in the mirror. It was around 0100 when we checked in I liked that the door was locked.
