Easy to find the place, they have a night time security that moped arounds and even though the pool wasn't heated we still had lots of fun. I stayed on the 4th floor which was neat for the trip. Overall a good trip and another excellent SpringHill.

The rooms door have a gap under them, not the biggest but definitely a gap.

There was a Bible in my room. Quiet, clean, spacious, luxurious, incredibly friendly and accommodating to guests ALL personnel!

Lighting in bathroom insufficient for makeup application; a lighted/magnifying mirror in all your bathrooms would set you apart above all hotel chains, I guarantee it!!! Because it’s a consistent (and sexist) problem throughout the industry. There was a book of mormon in my room😓🤮

Well kept and well lit. Close to the interstate for easy exit in the am. Indoor pool was perfect for a little winding down after a day of travel. The split bathroom was nice for privacy and the desk area was great for homework getting done!

I was under the impression there was a hot tub, but there was not. It appeared it had been removed some time ago.

Great location, Close to restaurants, a Buc-ee’s less than a mile away, indoor spa (pool), spacious rooms and comfortable beddings, professional and courteous staff, nice breakfast.

Overall everything was good. The only issue was the Heating element for pool was inoperable so water was cold.

The lounge not being open on weekends being that people work through week it's more convenient to at least be open a certain amount of hours on Saturdays and it practices safe habits like not drinking and driving.. also the TV in the king studio could be at least 50inch .

Room was very spacious and comfortable for my family. We loved how the restroom was split with the toilet in a separate room from the shower. The bed was comfortable as well. Various restaurants are walking distance. Breakfast was great.

Pool was cold (not heated) and no Texas shaped waffles as pictured. :(

Everything! Except no hot tub. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are very very spacious and super clean! This is a well run hotel.

One of the entrances to the hotel was gated shut. We had to go around. Not that big of a deal, but it was inconvenient.

The staff were responsive and helpful. The room was nicely designed. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of food, kind staff, and clean serving and dining area.

The frosted doors that face the beds are a poor design. They’re pretty but theres no blocking the light during early morning showers for those still sleeping.

The location was great for me to get to my destination faster.

I didn't like the breakfast because the eggs wasn't real ones and every morning they had pork pan sausages with leaves out people who don't eat pork. It would be nice to see turkey sausages and real eggs.

Bed was great. Amenities were great. Layout of the room was great. People were very courteous. Breakfast was good.

Small issue. Shower head was damaged and shower door would not close completely so water got on the floor. I informed the staff upon checkout and they were very receptive.
