Staff was very friendly and helpful Our room was clean and inviting. We were comfortable and felt safe. We would go back and we will keep this chain in mind next time we travel.

The staff was very pleasant and friendly. I was accommodated with a room change. My new room provided me more daylight and it was quieter on the second floor. I was given a room with a full kitchen since I was staying for one week. My room was kept very clean by housekeeping.

The first room did not have a smoke alarm. The previous one was completely missing. Please consider another bed blanket for comfort. The sheet with the thin polyester bed cover was not enough for warmth.

We called and talked to the front desk and asked if there was a way to check in early because I had just got out of the hospital and needed some rest and they allowed us thank you for being compassionate and understanding our situation we will definately stay here again plus the rooms were comfortable and clean and very quiet

There wasn't a big choice of tv spirts channels and the Bathroom toilet Paper holder was broke and towel rack was broke. Simple little maintenance things to fix but everything else was great .

It was very clean and looks to be recently renovated. Very spacious rooms and clean and updated bathrooms.

The location seemed a little off putting and there was no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom

Was a great stay, the Crosby Palace Inn property was very welcoming as well as clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The room was clean. The amenities were blow dryer, ironing board, iron, a working refrigerator and microwave, coffee and toothbrushes. I stayed for four nights. Housekeeping put fresh towels everyday, picked up the trash and made the bed. Awesome!!

The room was on the second floor. It was hard climbing the stairs after a full day of activities. The room didn't have a rubber mat in the tub. My friend's room did have one so she brought it over to me. The tub was slippery without it.

I got a credit of 800 property manager is very understanding

The location was GREAT close to stores and restaurants. The bed was wonderful. We will definitely be booking here again when we come to town.

No elevator. However, the stairs weren't too bad.

The maids knocking on door once then opening door before I could get to it. I work nights and sleep days.
