As soon as we arrived I noticed how the premises were well kept. The front desk gentleman Mr. Cortny was exceptional, not only did he explained everything so thoroughly but he also took time to answer my granddaughter's (5yrs) questions. His mannerism, patience, and professionalism was like a breath of fresh air. It showed he has respect for his job and he makes sure you feel at home during your stay. Our rooms were good size, clean, beds comfy, enough towels in bathroom and we enjoyed both the pool and hot tub,

Staff was outstanding, property is clean, rooms are even cleaner, beds were very comfortable, pool and hot tub were a delight. Breakfast was amazing! Anna was very helpful to us getting online to make arrangements for our recently deceased brother. Do not hesitate to stay here, it’s better than a home away from home.

The staff is super!!! I received a warm and kind welcome when I checked in at 1am after my connecting flight out IAH got cancelled at 11pm

I wish they had a shuttle from/to airport, but they made this up by arranging a ride for me to return to airport at 4am!

I loved everything about the hotel and my stay. Everyone was very nice and the facilities were super clean. This will be my new hotel anytime I stay in Humble.

Definitely check to make sure that all items are there, i.e. the hair dryer. Mine was missing from the room. I didn't report it because I do not use a hair dryer ever, and the hotel called me the next day after I checked out to see if I may have accidentally packed it up or if it was defective and I left it down at the front desk. Just account for all items. The hotel was very nice, polite, and professional when they asked about the hair dryer. Had I reported it sooner, they wouldn't have had to call. Lesson learned.

Very nice building and decor. Staff was helpful and friendly. We had a room with the extra living room/kitchen area which was wonderful since we stayed several nights and had space to eat in the room and simply spread out. My daughter loves the big pool. Great breakfast options and large eating area.

The breakfast was fine. There could have been more of a variety of breakfast items. And the location was perfect to where we needed to go. And it wasn't to far from location shopping areas and restaurants.

Very clean facility. The front desk lady was amazing and gentleman at night was equally exceptional. I was very impressed with the whole place. The breakfast was great, it was replenished frequently, and tasted great. I’ve had terrible experiences lately at hotels but I will always book this place when I’m in the Houston/Humble area.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and I really loved the pool. The hotel was very quiet which was great. Close to the Mall and eateries. Would definitely stay again just as a weekend getaway.

The pool closed too soon it was very hotel. I wished it was open longer.

There was a muggy smell when entering the room. There was a small condiment container left in fridge. There were small roaches in room and towels were requested but never brought to the room
