The entrance was magnific, looking like a castle, the room was also clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast options, very delicious and diverse, all the staff were very polite, welcoming and ready to help. I particularly want to praise Jen, the hotel manager , she was extremely helpful, went above and beyond helping me with a personal matter. If I would ever be in the area I would definitely choose your place again. Blessings to all!

I really like everything about that property

The room was cozy and the beds were super comfortable

The room smelled like mold , the ac wasn't working right, it was alot of damage appliances in the room. The ice machine had malfunction in it and on the ice. They didnt put my rooms together so my kids were on a different floor than me and it was very disappointing

I very pleased with the hotel room. Everything was good, best hotel that I had stayed in. Nice cold air, comfortable bed, something to watch on TV. Other hotel I always had problems. Would like to stay there again and would recommend it to mt family and friends. Thank you so much.

The hotel.was updated, the staff made sure we understood everything and explained any questions we had, there was an ice machine on both the upper floors.

The 3rd floor seemed much hotter than the other floors. It also took a very long time for our room to cool down. I know it was 100 degrees outside but it should still be able to cool the room down.

Coffee in the room was great. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean

bathroom light was on a timer which malfunctioned so we had to use the bathroom in the dark and my husband had to shave using the mirror in the hall between the bathroom and the sleeping area

The room was a great size. I think I really liked the bathroom mirror the most because it had a button on it that would light up the mirror like a vanity lol. The breakfast was great. They had a variety of things to choose from.

The only thing I didn't like was the pool wasn't clean. It was the perfect size for my kids so I know they would've loved it had it been clean.

Breakfast was good. Very clean. Covid precautions (gloves/mask)was used by kitchen personnel. The hotel location was easy to find.

There was smoking in the the room ajoined with my room. I notified the receptionist and she took care that matter. I didn't have no more problems after that.

the only thing that didn’t work for us, because we had our 2 grandsons, was that the pool was an outdoor pool and it was to cool to swim. so we found a place with an indoor pool and the staff here were so very understanding when we switched.

Room and other facilities were very good. Breakfast and dining area was better than average.

I booked a King Suite with Booking.com. Choice Suites Kingwood did not have a King Suite available. They said to take it up with the 3rd party, i.e., Booking.com. Not happy with Booking.com.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of options to eat for breakfast. Very clean and well lit. Overall very pleased with the hotel. Had a stigma about comfort but that has changed with this stay. Great size of room very comfortable and a really great value!!!
