Very clean. Breakfast good. Rooms spacious and comfortable. They had nice wide chairs available outside, which was helpful for larger people.

We stayed 4 nights, came to give new towels, coffee, once. Air conditioning not working throughout hotel, but rooms were good, and cold. But had many family members at this hotel, it was hard to hang all together in the lobby, as too hot. Pool small, but nice temp. Barely used but by us, that I saw and got pretty mirky.

I loved to stayed it was clean and very quite and big so comfy I am going to stay more often and I love the stuff very nice breakfast very good honest prices is good I will stay anytime at this place Hawthorn if I travel I will stay this hotel Hawthorn my favorite place and I’m going to find out other state to whenever I travel. Clean very organized staff is very polite and the place is clean and very close to restaurants. I enjoyed my staying. I need to find other places other state.

Property is modern and clean. Rooms has all needed essentials (except mouth wash). It is spacious. Breakfast was very good. Staff was making sure that it is full of everything and clean. Good quality of food too.

They didn’t have our room that we booked and couldn’t tell us what happened. They gave us smaller room with tiny bit of a discount in price but we definitely did not get what we booked.

Breakfast was excellent. As a hearing impaired, disabled senior I was surprised and pleased by the accessibility features . Most of all the staff is friendly, helpful yet pleasantly professional. What a treat!

The doors are a bit heavy to manage.

Lipstick/makeup on pillowcase, sheets felt sandy. Pool closed. BUT hotel was full due to ppl displaced by hurricane. So small issues are to be expected. Housekeeping was crazy busy, and working extremely hard.A++

The rooms are very nice little suites. I appreciated the curtain between the bed and the sitting area. The couch was comfortable and it was nice to have an ottoman.

I like my bed made and new towels everyday I stay in a hotel.

The folks above us (we were on 2nd floor) must have had a toddler that ran from one side of the room to the other until 2 am night 1 and most of the next day.

Very nice place to stay, great breakfast, rooms are new with recycling bins, fast coffee makers. we’re just passing through so we didn’t get to enjoy much, but there’s a nice pool, and a spa. and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming

recently opened. a very well thought out design. plenty of amenities. would definitely stay there again.

only downside was that it is so new that some features still being activated. Another week or two and should be perfect.

Nice large room. Easy to get to. Staff was helpful. Fairly nice breakfast.
