Location can't be beat. I travelled into mid to south Houston daily. This location was good to access the 610 Loop or continue via 59/69. Housekeeping was clean, orderly and fast. The hot breakfast is always good and appreciated. The staff makes the difference for me. Experienced, friendly, efficient, the front desk personnel have been with this hotel for a long time. I have two experiences where the manager and front desk saved the day for me. I actually left my billfold in my room, checked out and didn't discover my error until I stopped for gas in the next state. They arranged to send the billfold to me promptly. Such a relief. Let me add that the hotel is very convenient to stores.

It's really the right hotel in the right place. It suits my needs.

Breakfast was the only thing I found to be inferior in comparison to other hotels I have stayed in. But the staff, facilities, cleanliness, comfort were all very 👍

Breakfast. No fruits or healthy stuff. But I do understand that everything has gotten expensive and it is not possible perhaps to offer fresh produce/fruits for breakfast.

It’s close to everything in new caney and safety is a must! I am sure I’ll highly recommend it! It’s pet friendly since I am a mother of 9 dogs! Although they didn’t came with me but I’ll make sure my friends are aware! Also it’s extremely clean and everyone is so polite. Thank you so much for having me here more than a week straight PSA there’s coffee available 24/7 for all my coffee addicts like myself. Thank you again

Well the breakfast time is just so strict on time although I was never up early enough

They TV, they had good ice ,they plenty of pillows ,I will never stay there again,

I went to take a bath and there was black nasty hair all over the bath tub mat so gross.I went to breakfast it was awful they did not have a thing good but the coffee the syrup was so water down you couldn't taste it ,the sausage was boiled and the biscuits you could of broke the window with them and they had one kind of jelly it sugar free a day tasted awful !!!

The bed was comfy, and the ac worked very well.

They advertise a hot tub and don't have one. The hallway was dirty. The deluxe king room was small. Breakfast ends at 9am sharp. No exceptions! We went down at 8:50 and even tho people were still coming down for food, at 9:01 they started picking it up. I thought that was kind of ridiculous🙄

I Was wrongly charged for a snack I didn’t purchase. When I tried to dispute the front staff seemed like they didn’t believe me that was a bit frustrating bc me and my family were gone all day for my husband’s surgery but not worth the fight over $3 they just need to pay attention when charging a room .

The room is very clean and in order, everything worked... The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows.. plenty of towels and they were good quality.

The water pressure in the shower could have been a little better, needed a new shower head.

Comfortable bed, good pillows, fairly quiet, quick elevator and very nice bathroom.

Found a mostly chewed up dog treat in the hide a bed couch. AC Units can be a bit loud turning on and off throughout the night.

Friendly staff. Breakfast wasn't great, but better than many. It was quiet. Pet friendly. Easy and quick access to go in and out with my pet. We weren't charged a deposit or extra fees pet night for our pets, unlike the last hotel we stayed at and will never return which was booked and reviewed on here.

It's Texas. If you serve eggs, bacon and biscuits...serve gravy. We like gravy with our biscuits. Eggs were over microwaved. Sausage wasn't cooked quite enough and cold. Other than that hotel was great and we will stay there again anytime we have to come to town.

Very clean, very helpfull and polite staff, good location and good value for the money. We were visiting friends for New Year’s Eve and we had a wonderful time and experience at this hotel.
