The breakfast was good enough, nothing too fancy but there were waffles and cereal and I like that they had tea options and juices. It wasn’t a continental breakfast but they did have that and some fruit as well so it was a good experience. The room itself was good I was not a fan of the parking lot. However there were lots of security cameras and it made me feel very safe and protected. The staff was nice enough, they just seemed straightforward, nothing wrong with that. I would recommend this again and the next time I’m in Houston I am definitely staying there.

The bed could have been not as creaky? It seemed to have a wired frame- the bed itself was nice and so we’re the pillows but when I would roll over I could hear the squeak

Good location and pretty well priced. Enjoyed the past 3 days so much I’ve just booked up for another 6 days.

Surprised there were no grab rails or bath mats in shower area. As a senior this is one thing that I expect in good hotels. Maybe this can be looked at by management for future.

The lobby is clean and well lit. Lots of parking space and the area is clean. Parking lots is well maintained and well lighted. Hallways is also clean.

The bathroom vent is our room is not working and I have reported it. I hope it gets fixed. Room 111.

Didn't have breakfast. Room was cool, didn't know if there were cooking items that we could've checked out from the office or not. But I didn't stay long so the kitchen served it's purpose.

Could've used an extra blanket stored in the room. Lotion tube or something like that. The TV remote was a little wonky. There was no information in the room. no hotel info, no local info, nothing. I would've like to have had that.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed

Breakfast was very limited. Starts at 6, we went at 7. There were only 4 apples, 6 containers of butter left (by way of example) when we arrived and while we were there a mother with 2 kids arrived. Not enough to go around - doesn't seem to be replenished. Rather let the guest decide if they would like to pay for breakfast, like other ABVI's?

I liked everything! Beautiful, clean room which was incredible for the price! I highly recommend staying here.

That you had to give a deposit that was returned upon leaving if your room had no damage. He really didn’t check, but I’ve never been in a hotel that does that. Perhaps that will help keep it clean? I would definitely return, since it was really clean, nice, and new looking. I do recommend it!

Property is clean and well maintained we stay 2 nights for business and it was very convenient. The room is spacious and beds are comfortable with clean sheets .

Parking is available but very crowded specifically if you arrive late. Also, there is not elevator on the property, so you have to carry luggage upstairs.

The Breakfast is a joke. Very few items, Waffles, Apples, Juice and Coffee. No bread products or muffins. No eggs. No Hot food except waffles. They shouldn’t advertise that breakfast is included when there is next to Nothing there. They only Clean the room every 3 days.

Checking in, staff, cleanliness, comfort, price and quietness. This is a fine establishment, well ran, modern and and excellent value for money.

Nothing really, i’m a newbie to these American motels and while some are in remote areas, or not in any centre, they offer convenience, price and flexibility.

The room was remarkably clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel is only about 10 minutes away from the international airport, and has lots of parking. A continental breakfast was ready exactly at 0600 am. It was a great value for our money!
