I love the staff!!!! They are friendly, knowledgable approachable & they have a sense of humor that makes them some of the best staff my husband & I have ever encountered They are always there 2 to offer you a hand or help with their guest's needs. Highly recommended if you want nice big rooms with a kitchenette & the pots, skillets , plates, silverware glasses utensils ect. Pet friendly, clean amenities, 2 separate gas grill areas that are very nice! Both areas have a table and 4 chairs & a covered pavilion & they have accessories for the gas grill. A beautiful big, really nice and warm pool goes to about 6 foot, if I am not mistaken.It's right next to both grill / picnic areas. They have fax services for the guests, in case may have business to take care of. The store is always fully stocked with everything you may need from laundry needs, to toiletries, to food,, soda's ect very nice set up.

I couldn't think of anything🤷Our room was excellent , the bed felt like heaven, it was so soft and comfy. It was a great and wonderful experience ❤️

Very quiet

For the length of time I was there they only cleaned the room twice. Would of liked trash and towels to be picked up and replaced at least every three days

The hotel is clean and for the most part quiet. I'll stay here again when we come to Baytown.

The sink in our room is leaning a bit...like maybe it needs to be reattached to the wall.....other than that, everything else was great!

Everything but the day shift receptionist

There was a problem with the tv it wouldn’t come on however Quida went out of her way to ensure that it came on and worked properly. However, on Sunday I had to go all day without watching tv. I asked the day shift receptionist how to turn it on or what I needed to do she said she didn’t know get with the evening shift. Quida came in at 3 and immediately came to room 300 and did whatever needed to be done to make the tv come on

I liked the hotel location.

Room wasn't cleaned and stocked before we checked in. We checked on around 7 p.m. Lady in the front walked into our room without knocking and didn't say anything just walked back out. It was all a little strange. No cover at check it to park under either.

I came in for my daughter’s wedding and could not have been happier with the quality of service provided and the space of the rooms

Even though it was for business we had to conduct, it was a very pleasant stay. We will also tell family and friends about it. The rates were very well.

Very clean rooms with kitchenettes inside. Staff was exceptionally informative about the area. Great hotel for business, as well as family.

Nothing at all.

The staffing was courteous. The price for the room was affordable. The room had a kitchenette.

The hotel was doing some renovations on the 1st floor and the fumes was a little strong.

Staff was polite and always with good customer service

The price was steep if you were not a member. I am a member of ihg but couldn't get into my account to earn pens for staying
