It was a beautiful and clan property. The small details really wowed us and the hotel was very clean. The rooms were beautiful, with ambient lighting. I loved the tv with the swing mount. Lots of natural lighting was provided with two large mirrors accompanied by curtains for privacy.

I didn’t like the comfort of the bed. It almost felt like I was sleeping on a box spring with a mattress topper. Along with pillows that didn’t offer much neck support. I also didn’t like the hidden $100 fee at check in. It was refunded, but if I didn’t have the $100 to pay upfront I am not sure what we would’ve done. The other thing I didn’t enjoy was the shampoo and body wash. The shampoo made my hair feel greasy and the baby’s wash was a regular bar soap that didn’t provide moisture to my skin.

Really enjoyed the cleanliness and location of the hotel. The beds were soft and comfortable. Parking was secure and plentiful.

The jacuzzi was closed while the hotel is waiting on a replacement part to arrive. I wish this was disclosed in the email sent by the hotel beforehand.

Location was excellent to all restaurants and stores. even though they are going through renovations the hotel was clean as it could be and the staff did everything to make you feel welcome.

There are no refrigerators in the rooms.

The staff were all so wonderful and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean and beds are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

I wish that they had mini fridge in room also a safe.

When i arrived i communicated with a receptionist, i did see she was a little busy, but feeling welcomed in a place when arriving feels great, I think Abriel the guy who assisted me with my booking was very polite and great.

It is under construction and I had to have 2 tires fixed due to the screws that are all over the parking lot

We arrived very late after a mishap from another hotel booking. We were very pleased at the kindness of the staff and the room was very clean and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!
