I was surprised at how clean the room was and it wasn't what I expected for a super 8 motel. Usually I see it's run down and suspicious activities going on. But this was a nice and comfortable establishment I wasn't afraid at night because there wasn't any loitering or suspicious activities that usually happens at these low budget motels. Management did a great job!! The shower was clean.

No elevators especially when you don't want to climb stairs when it's 100 degrees out. Don't leave your food out I left for 4 hours and an ant was already having a party in my pizza box. I didn't understand why they took a copy of my debit card, Is this lawful! They copied it before making me sign a paper. Anyway I didn't understand that part but I will get a different card from my bank anyway. It's all good 👍

Peter is attentive, professional, friendly, and helpful. I found out that he is not the manager. That surprised me. Because he manages the front desk well. Thank you, Peter. All the best to you.

The towels did not smell good. The 2nd set of towels smelled clean.

The hotel was very nice and clean, room service was done daily. Breakfast served from 6:30am to 9:30am. Hotel price was great for my family. Overall i rate 💯 👌.

Nothing to say i didn't like.

I like most about the property is that it had plenty parking lights and space to park very nice and clean front desk and nice staff. I also like that the beds are clean and very comfortable and upgraded properly. Oh and they offer coffee in the mornings.

They Do Not Serve Breakfast As Ut States On Your Site And Their Site And The Front Desk Person Wanted To Charge Me An Extra 50 Dollars For A Deposit.

The People In Room 109 & 110 Were Arguing All Night

People gathered in parking area outside didn’t give good vibe

The location was easily reachable...by car. The room was well-appointed. I was graciously accommodated by the person in the office, who allowed me to complete my reservation over the telephone while at work.

The regional manager had to resolve an inappropriate action by one of the Super8 staff. He was more than generous in transporting us to Hobby Airport in his personal vehicle [the cost of gasoline is less than a lawsuit].
