The location was relatively easy for me to get in and out of to reach my destinations. The parking lot was well light, something I always appreciate in instances where we will be arriving back late. I also liked that a key card was needed to enter the hotel, a great added security measure.

My stay at this hotel required that we paid an additional fee for parking in the hotel parking lot. This is the first time I pay a fee at any hotel I’ve stayed at. Granted it was not a lot, but it was new to me.

My son was in ICU and I was very emotional and hard but every one there always was nice had a smile in there face I stayed in a other hotel close by we had closed in parking they broke in to my car will never make that mistake again I will continue to be a double tree loyal customer every time God takes me to Houston ! Thank you all for being friendly and taking pride to protect are Car!!

It was clean, comfortable, and convenient to Houston Methodist facilities. My stay was extremely short so I really can't say more.

There was a problem with the bathroom sink not draining properly, a minor inconvenience. I did not report it.

I like the convenience of the hotel, service is alway outstanding

Clean, quiet, comfortable beds and room. It was near a couple food places which was convenient.

Parking lot wasn’t fenced in to have to pay for parking passes and it was sort of crammed small parking lot

The beds are very comfortable, rooms are very clean, and the shuttle was very nice since my husband was in hospital so I took the shuttle every morning instead of spending money on an uber

It was convenient for my family and I. The location was great really close to the Texas Children’s Hospital where my son had his open heart surgery.

Some of the staff seem to be kind of rude.

Pool needed some attention and the parking fee after paying for a room. Need to figure out how to let hotel user park free and keep everyone else from using their parking lot.

Restaurant and bar staff are the best!! very attentive and helpful. Location with respect to hospitals is superb.

I’ve stayed several times in different rooms here and the mattresses keep getting worse each visit. urgent to change them. I’ve never been offered an upgrade and have been accommodated on smaller rooms at the same price as larger. I normally stay at a suite.

Very clean with friendly staff. We were staying in Houston for medical purposes. Having flown in, the shuttle service was very helpful for us as was the location
