Everything was amazing! This is hands down my absolute favorite hotel so far! My family travels frequently so we’ve had the pleasure of staying at many hotels. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They were very informative at check in and offered champagne upon arrival! It was such a nice touch! Parking is significantly less expensive than other hotels in the Houston area. They have a rooftop pool, perfect temperature and has a bar on rooftop as well. Starbucks is served as well! Breakfast was complimentary and very delicious. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed was comfortable as well room was spacious and shower was beautiful.

This was so so minor but upon check out I turned in my keys at the front desk but wasn’t told that I would need the key to exit the parking garage. There is a key drop box right before you exit so learn from my mistake and turn them in at the drop box rather than the front desk. There was a button to call but it didn’t seem pushable. Nothing that would prevent us from returning!

I was so relieved when arriving from an unpleasant experience at a Airbnb. Samy, was so thoughtful and empathetic to our families situation. She greeted us with kindness and made sure our stay was stellar. I am so pleased with the services that Hyatt and staff provided and am so thankful that Samy was there for us when we needed it. Loved our stay! Excellent location. Friendly staff - every staff member we encountered was extremely nice and helpful. The entire facility was nice and clean. Beds were very comfy. It was a very safe environment and quiet. Hotel shuttle was a huge plus. Also had a nice pool area for relaxing. Breakfast was provided. Previous reviews that I read complained about the parking garage being confusing, but we encountered no problems.

There was nothing we didn't like. Better signage for the entrance for check in would be helpful. It was confusing because the front of the hotel was on a busy street with no parking, so were were confused on how to enter the hotel. But once we got in and figured it out, it was not a problem.

The location was perfect for my need. The staff were all extremely professional, helpful, polite, and all with smiles.

The floor in the room was slippery, felt wet for some reason. The floor in the bathroom looked like it may have been mopped with a dirty mop. I could see the streaks on the floor that appeared the water that dried on the floor was dirty.

Room was very nice, walk in shower nice and big. View was great. Very close to children's hospital

Having to use room key to work the lights and elevator. Having to pay to park in the garage. There is no other place to park! That should just be part of the room rate.

Breakfast was great! Beds very comfortable. Pool area is nice.

I do not like the parking garage. Not enough room for bigger cars and hard to get around corners when other cars are passing you. Water pressure in shower is low.

The location to the med center was spot on. I could walk to where I needed to be. The hotel beds were nice and room had space. The gym was nice also. The poolside area was fantastic with a nice view. I loved this place.

There for Cowboy Carter weekend and the staff was so friendly and cute with all the Beyhive decorations. The hotel was super clean, spacious rooms, accommodating staff, I’m 1000% staying here again the next time I’m in Houston!

Walls are thin, so can be an issue if next door neighbors are noisy. Parking spaces are so narrow so hard to park in.

The shuttle, free ubers, and 12pm check out time was very appreciated. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

The bar felt understaffed during the weekend rush, but it was a very busy weekend with the concert so it's understandable. Hit the pool and all the towels were used, called down for more, but they never showed up. No big.
