The front desk attendant Marcus was very pleasant & professional. He was the reason I decided to stay. Appearance was very clean in lobby & outside. The lady at the restaurant was very nice & attentive to my child. Room was basically clean. Our room was quiet at the end of the hall. The pillows are comfy but the mattress was a little too hard.

The plug under the desk was black. So it's obvious no deep cleaning is done. I left my do not disturb sign on the door & housekeeping ignored it & came in anyway.

The overall building and surroundings is clean, seems safe. The room is nice, well-furnished and clean with amenities like fridge, coffee maker, etc. Small to-go cafe downstairs.

The neighborhood is close to medical buildings but a little rough around the edges. A little concerned about car since there was a lot of warnings that hotel not responsible for cars. Received card for property gate but didn’t work and one gate leading to parking lot and garage just stayed open.

Good and comfy rooms, nice bar and Perry as a cook and bartender. Breakfast time is late for those who is on the business trip, so don’t buy room with the breakfast, not worth and you will loose both money and breakfast. Got some arrangements with coffee and yoghurt with bun in the bag… NOW VERY expensive breakfast. Should think about it

Spacious rooms and Millicent at the front desk was so very personable and friendly!

Both mornings we were there we were awakened by a knock on the door at 8:00am to clean the room. There were no door signs to signal we were still sleeping. Thanksgiving Day they did not come into clean the room after we left at 10. Then we were awakened early again Friday 11/29 on our check out day, but we were sleeping at 8:00 and awakened.

I mostly like the room it was decent and really comfortable.

All the other amenities were eh the pool was not exactly my favorite. There were no breakfast options either especially for picky children. Also the sidewalk around the hotel was COVERED in roaches at night every time i took a step i saw like 10 of them scattering and running i just walked through the driveway lol. The amenities didn’t wow me tbh but really we just came to cool off and get a/c due to the hurricane that passed through . The location was nice though for the nrg park/stadium. Really close and has a variety of food options everywhere.

Did not use breakfast because early appointment at MD Anderson was a conflict. Breakfast not complimentary was a disappointment. The staff was very helpful. The room was very nice.

The shuttle service was not what I expected. It’s not as good as the Hyatt House. We could not use it. No free breakfast was a disappointment.

Everything: Cleanliness, spacious rooms, timely shuttle service, friendly & helpful staff. Food at the Bistro was very good, well seasoned - friendly service. Nice spacious lobby with a lot of sitting area. Great location! They have a pool but I didn't have the time to enjoy it. Maybe next time. Would definitely return to & recommend.

No free breakfast: $14 charge per person & had to pay nightly charge for parking.

Hotel was very clean, friendly staff

I was charged for parking lot when it was parked outside, not inside the garage. It's a regular parking lot outside, as seen in the photos. No hotel has ever charged me for parking lot 21.99 for 2 nights.. no complentary coffee supplies in the room, only coffee, no sugar, no coffee cream. Also, there are no trash bags, so i could put in trash bins or maybe for my dirty clothes. All hotels leave you a couple of trash bags. No hand soad.

Food was extremely good & service was excellent. Bed & pillows were very comfortable and the comforter was the perfect weight. Shower head was the best ever.

Attempted to leave parking area way I came in & sat forever punching buttons to make arm lift because no one told me I needed to circle out through back. This information should have been relayed at front desk.

Did not like the fact that there was no included buffet breakfast. Glad that there were options at least. Evening bar snacks/sandwiches and beverages were a great idea. Bed was comfortable. Room large. AC worked well. good lighting.

I felt the bfast situation could be better. The paid offerings seemed expensive. Computer was down when checking in and the poor front desk agent was working alone. People were really stacking up. This person needs backup help. Same the next day.
