Right from the beginning, this was a first class experience. The staff was amazingly kind and patient (we were there the weekend of the Taylor Swift concert.) The room was spacious and comfortable. We absolutely loved the rooftop pool. To top it off, there was a delicious full breakfast every morning.

It was all outstanding!

The attached parking garage was very handy. Breakfast was great. The shuttle was nice to have we had a concert down the road and they dropped us off near the venue, the shuttle doesnt go too late but the driver gave us a ton of options for getting back. Easy walk back from NGR. The pool/Pool area is great, a bunch of chair options, corn hole, and you get plenty of sun all day. Rooms were clean, well stocked and the bed was very comfortable.

Wish the pool bar was open earlier. Were at the pool from 12-3 but it doesn't open until 4. Would have been great to have open earlier as the pool area was busy and we all wished it was open.

A good Hotel with a pleasant pool area and gym. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Food in the bar/restaurant area was good. Breakfast was also good by US standards, although very busy and some individuals were clearly letting in friends(through a side emergency exit)who were obviously not staying in the Hotel. Unfortunately, the staff weren't paying attention even when individuals with backpacks took every banana from the breakfast buffet back outside with them!

The room was really nice and spacious, creating a comfy atmosphere. The view was great, and the pool was stunning. Plus, the staff was friendly and easy to chat with.

Parking needs a bit more explanation. When you arrive, you have to go into the parking garage and get a temporary code first. After you get your key, you have to pay $15 per night for parking, which wasn’t mentioned before. It’s not a big deal, but it would’ve been easier if that was stated on the website

Breakfast was lacking, but room was great, wife loved all the kitchen extras... Wish I had a chance to try pool and gym, but was just too tired during my stay.

After I picked up my hotel keys, I parked my vehicle in garage provided... Rode the elevator down to the lobby and I noticed signage inside the elevator stating they would be a $15 overnight parking fee, this was the first I was hearing/reading about said fee... No where else did it state that, nor was I informed by the front desk upon checking in... Kinda odd to just post signage in elevator and no where else...

Very friendly staff! My boys just simply loved the fitness room and the pool. They will never forget this hotel, it was an absolutne highlight of their vacation - trust me, I tried harder 😉, it was meant to be an extended layover and acclimatisation 😉

The pool is not very well maintained, the water is not very clear, so this could be improved. Everything else is really clean, even absurdly and unsustainably clean, i.e. with plastic cups individually packed in plastic bags in the fitness room.

The location was fantastic. I had tests & a procedure done at Houston Methodist Hospital on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday. Great place to stay when in town for medical reasons.

My wife went to pool area Wed. morning. a man with only a towel around his waist came up to here for a cig. He then bathed nude in hot tub. Later he was back but dressed trying to bum cigs. Uncomfortable situation for my wife and then I (on oxygen) had to go with her each time. Assume he may have been homeless. Access to the stairs and the elevators in the garage are not secured requiring a hotel key. Anybody can come in from garage, then switch elevators to any floor. You cannot see the elevators from hotel desk and barely see the entrance from the unloading area.

Breakfast was outstanding. Truly the best hotel complimentary breakfast experience I've had thus far. I really enjoyed the conveyer belt toaster and I'd love to know the brand of sourdough bread so I can get some for home! The fact that there was a pitcher of oat milk made me a happy customer as well, that's not something you usually see. I loved the yogurt and the berry compote with granola. Top notch. The pillows were awesome and the bed was so comfy my husband and I really enjoyed relaxing in it for his birthday weekend away. The towels were very clean. We also really liked the little couch that came with the king suite. The front desk people were always helpful and kind.

The only complaints I have would be the shower had a few mystery hairs in it and the desk/table in the room could have been wiped down a little better by housekeeping. One of the housekeeping ladies cut me off in the hallway almost running me over, never acknowledged I was there and didn't even say excuse me. That was the only negative experience I had with any of the staff.

A perfect place to stay if you have appointments at the Medical Center. The shuttle to service to the center is very good - providing transport to and from appointments when needed as well as transport to restaurants. After a long day at the medical center, meals at the hotel are a bonus - they are tasty and there is a decent variety. The staff is super helpful and friendly.

Two people at the front desk were phenomenal. But can’t remember their names 😭 A young African American male who checked us in at midnight. And a young African American lady who checked us out early the next day. Their customer service elevated the ambience of the facilities for me.

Liked everything. We came to town for a concert and stayed in one of the best places.
