I liked the aesthetic of the facility and parking availability. The lobby and the elevator waiting areas has a very delightful smell! The body lotion and body wash smelled soooo good! They should bottle it up and sell it!

I did not like the fact that parking was charged automatically ($35/day). I had planned transportation that did not require the need for me to utilize parking, personally. Be sure to report to the front desk to checkout and inquire for a receipt of itemized services. Or else you will be automatically charged for parking and may not notice the charge until well after your visit. Luckily, the front desk staff were very helpful and removed those charges from my bill.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome—especially Pablo Quintero, who went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. He was not only kind and professional, but also helped me take some great photos and made me feel truly at home. Pablo brings such a positive energy and warmth to the hotel—he’s a real asset to the team and definitely made my stay more enjoyable.

Loved every bit! Between the friendly service and the welcoming atmosphere, I left with such a great impression. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting!

From the get go the hotel aesthetics are beautiful. We had a late check in after being mislead on the time to drive between Dallas and Houston and the staff greeted us as happily as they would at 10am. The rooms spacious, tastefully decorated and excellent amenities. The Dyson hairdryers are excellent. The upstairs bar, pool awesome in the Houston heat. The wait on food totally acceptable. The laundry room is a stand alone brilliant idea. When travelling you want just to wash and be ready to go again. The concierge staff were brilliant dealing with these aussies who never thought to tip until our last day (which we did as a group collective). Breakfast was good. A local told me i should have booked closer to the convention centre, but we were perfect being outside of the city. Easy to go to nasa for the space loving junkie of the group. And plenty of places to get food from. The staff over all are a delight. The cleaning staff spoilt my son rotten and i can only say a huge Thank you

The property was perfect. But if you filled in the hole at the bottom of the bathroom vanity the hairdryer cord wouldn’t get caught 🤪, but it’s not much of an issue. The place was perfect

The hotel was clean, the bartender in sky lounge was on point, thumbs up. But there are some ongoing issues with being double charged and issues that we had with the valet. We were waiting for the valet to bring our car around. You could hear tires squealing. The valet driver got out of my car and I said to him a little heavy on the foot huh ? “He laughed” however did say it was an accident. Then said he liked the car. I honestly could have over looked this if I hadn’t checked my CC statement and seen that I was charged twice for my one night stay. Let’s not forget to mention I booked a king bed. I arrive and all they have is a room with 2 queens. I had plans that evening “Rodeo”therefore really didn’t have an option but to just go with the flow. So now I’m trying to get reimbursed and it’s seems like it’s going to be a hassle.

We loved the size of the rooms. Great place to be really relaxed and all the ammenities were better than most. We really liked having a complimentary car service to take us where we needed to go.

The parking garage felt a little cramped. The hotel was very busy which made the valet line seem tight at times. The lobby isn't super big, but it was great to congregate.

This is a perfect hotel for a staycation. We got a massage & facial at the spa , the staff were so nice & accommodating providing snacks and water. Our room was clean and had no issues getting new towels everyday. There was a restaurant as well on site, I would say it’s Asian American themed. Breakfast is included, but you have to go to the front desk everyday to receive the $20 voucher for the meals. Almost all breakfast options are under the $20 you just have to pay tax which was about $3. Definitely will be booking this hotel every time I’m in Houston.

Everything about this hotel was phenomenal! The smell when you walk through the front door makes you forget you're in Houston. So amazing! I was staying nearby MD Anderson for my upcoming surgery. The young man (young AA gentleman, who I apologize for not remembering his name) made me feel so welcomed. He truly made a scary time for me more peaceful. For that, I'm grateful.

Honestly, the only thing I don't like is that you HAVE to use the valet. We asked if there was self parking and was told none nearby. So that's an extra $50 a night just to park.

I’m a hotel snob. Blossom was relaxing, clean and the staff was so kind and helpful.

I did not expect valet parking to be so much. Ouch.

The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. I felt like I was in a high end hotel with affordable prices. The staff were also really nice, helpful and personable especially Pablo, Patrice and Shiru. Also there was an incident where my cousin left her AirPods in the sheets and the room service staff went above and beyond, going into the laundry room and throughly searching for and finding them for her. That was so nice of them!

Just because I have to say something “bad”: They don’t have a microwave lol. Also, there’s a $100/night hold that you have to pay. That was new to me.

The premium king suite is massive! I loved this beautiful space. Tasteful and elegant decor, the rain shower…OMG! The bathroom is gorgeous! The bedroom and the bed is super comfy, loved the floor length mirror, lights that can been dimmed, a wonderful city landscape view, and the food, chef’s kiss! Loved the options to check in early or check out late. Oh and love, love, love the location. It’s peaceful, and you don’t have the business of downtown. Smooth check in and out and excellent staff! I can’t wait to stay again!

If I could add anything, I’d add a deep garden bathtub.
