They tried to charge my card when I already paid in full at booking.com. it was a pain in the azz to get in touch with the person to get it refunded.

The convenience of walking over the the NRG center for a basketball tournament

I did not eat breakfast because I thought it was free with the hotel, so I had to find other options. I always book hotels that offer breakfast for free, but this location did not. Although it was very convenient for what I was there for, but in the future I will not stay at this location due to the issue of the breakfast

We loved the fact that we were soooo close to the NRG Stadium and just walked to and from the event that weekend and didnt have to fight traffic. Right across the street there were some good restaurants. The hotel itself was clean, staff was friendly, and although the hot tub was broken, my kiddos did enjoy the outdoor pool.

I opted for a room with breakfast included. We were told they served from 0630-0930. Normally, at any other restaurant, that would mean last orders were taken at 0930. We got there at 0915 and were rushed because they close at (0930). Reception needs to inform guests that last orders are taken at 0900 instead or that they close at 0900 …

The location to NRG stadium is perfect, and the bed was decently comfortable. It wasn't exactly modern but it was clean and all the facilities worked. The ac was working perfectly with no problems.

The bathroom was kind of an awkward shape and the door didn't close all the way unless you pushed it in with a little force. The elevators were pretty noisy and kind of took a while to open at times bit it's not that bad. The hot water would spurt at times but nothing to cry home about.

Katie!!!!! She was off the charts accommodating, friendly and professionally supportive! 👏🏻👏🏻 Truly appreciated the location! I was able to walk to my Grand Nephews’ Graduation and not worry about parking issues! Edith at the breakfast buffet was so very helpful and her hospitality service was amazing!

The carpet on the 4th floor. It buckled at parts.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to hospital, dining areas, and shopping. Gated parking area is a plus.

Handicap accessible room is not exactly handicap accessible. Some handicapped individuals are unable to step over into a tub, even with handrails and the toilet is too low. Also there isn't enough space at the lavatory to place needed toiletries or medical equipment.

Loved that the property was right next to NRG stadium. It was clean and the staff were very welcoming and available if we needed anything.

I did not like that the property was not as secure as we thought. It is inside of a gate but random people come inside and park. On our second day we even seen people come in to use the pool and they were not from the hotel. They exited the pool as well took some of their towels and went to their car parked in the parking lot and left. I think they definitely need to up their security around the hotel or at-least have it to where you need a key card to access the facilities.

The staff were great and kind. Room was clean and beds/pillows were comfortable. It was affordable. Would definitely stay again.

The toilet in room 321 didn't really flush well and had a different top on that didn't fit the toilet. Kinda odd. Bathroom is shaped a little weird as well. The TVs were also down the first night so we couldn't watch the UT/Washington game. But they did have Comcast out there all evening trying to fix it.

Location, cleanliness, room size, AC worked.

The shower faucet was upside down and confusing. No safe in room. No coffee/water bar in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was not included in the room price and was too expensive for a basic buffet. There is no visible security in the parking lot.

Location is excellent if you are attending events at the nrg stadium or nrg arena.

Everything to me was good this time around. I got a room on the fourth floor and away from the stadium side. The room smelled fresh. When I stayed a couple of times before, the carpet had a bad odor as if they needed to be deep cleaned.
