Good variety of food. Only complaint is we were only allowed 1 bottle of juice per person and for breakfast that is our beverage of choice. But food was good and service was excellent.

I ordered the Doritos nachos from the bar and they were horrible. It was literally a big plate a Doritos and a little queso, about 20 black beans and a tea spoon of pico de gallo. Definitely not a salad or anything that resembles a salad. I did request more queso and crema but I was given very little queso (maybe a table spoon extra) and a to go pack of sour cream so even with request there was no change to flavor. Waitress did remove plate from my bill but I feel she was upset because she never came back to offer more water when glasses were empty or if anything else was needed.

They tried to charge my card when I already paid in full at booking.com. it was a pain in the azz to get in touch with the person to get it refunded.

I did not eat breakfast because I thought it was free with the hotel, so I had to find other options. I always book hotels that offer breakfast for free, but this location did not. Although it was very convenient for what I was there for, but in the future I will not stay at this location due to the issue of the breakfast

I was able to walk to my Grand Nephews’ Graduation and not worry about parking issues! Edith at the breakfast buffet was so very helpful and her hospitality service was amazing!

The location to NRG stadium is perfect, and the bed was decently comfortable. It wasn't exactly modern but it was clean and all the facilities worked. The ac was working perfectly with no problems.

The bathroom was kind of an awkward shape and the door didn't close all the way unless you pushed it in with a little force. The elevators were pretty noisy and kind of took a while to open at times bit it's not that bad. The hot water would spurt at times but nothing to cry home about.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to hospital, dining areas, and shopping. Gated parking area is a plus.

Handicap accessible room is not exactly handicap accessible. Some handicapped individuals are unable to step over into a tub, even with handrails and the toilet is too low. Also there isn't enough space at the lavatory to place needed toiletries or medical equipment.

We loved the fact that we were soooo close to the NRG Stadium and just walked to and from the event that weekend and didnt have to fight traffic. Right across the street there were some good restaurants. The hotel itself was clean, staff was friendly, and although the hot tub was broken, my kiddos did enjoy the outdoor pool.

I opted for a room with breakfast included. We were told they served from 0630-0930. Normally, at any other restaurant, that would mean last orders were taken at 0930. We got there at 0915 and were rushed because they close at (0930). Reception needs to inform guests that last orders are taken at 0900 instead or that they close at 0900 …

Loved that the property was right next to NRG stadium. It was clean and the staff were very welcoming and available if we needed anything.

I did not like that the property was not as secure as we thought. It is inside of a gate but random people come inside and park. On our second day we even seen people come in to use the pool and they were not from the hotel. They exited the pool as well took some of their towels and went to their car parked in the parking lot and left. I think they definitely need to up their security around the hotel or at-least have it to where you need a key card to access the facilities.

Hotel was older but very Clean and comfortable… great pricing, nice breakfast buffet and hotel staff was truly kind… went above the normal providing the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Especially the breakfast serving staff. We travel to Houston often and we will be returning!

The toilet in room 321 didn't really flush well and had a different top on that didn't fit the toilet. Kinda odd. Bathroom is shaped a little weird as well. The TVs were also down the first night so we couldn't watch the UT/Washington game. But they did have Comcast out there all evening trying to fix it.
