For this being a smaller and older property, the upkeep has been well. Hotel is maintained and kept clean. Loved how there was a hot breakfast daily and the server kept all items stocked.

The only complaint I would have, if any, would be for other meat options besides pork for the breakfast. There are other alternatives for breakfast meat like chicken/turkey sausage and bacon…allow two meat choices and even pancakes along with the waffle.

It was at a great location—close to the medical center—and had all the amenities we needed/wanted. Breakfast was great too! The room was clean and comfortable and was just right for us during our stay.

The only downside was the room seemed poorly ventilated, particularly the bathroom. This led to it being excessively humid inside, and any scents and odors would linger for longer than normal.

We spent Saturday night to attend a 12:00 noon football game at NRG stadium which is within walking distance. In past years we have stayed at many different hotels in the area and they have always provided parking for our vehicle free of charge until after the game is over on Sunday around 3:00 pm. This hotel charged an additional $40 in cash for us to leave our vehicle in their lot until the game was over.

Breakfast was very good, the room was very clean and big , location is perfect, we went for a concert in Toyota Center, so very easy in and out for most of the Houston attractions we were looking for.

I arrived early , and advised but they did not let me make an early check in, at check out time, my reservation said 12, the lady in the front desk said it was before 11.. I was a little dissappointed, we ended up leaving early anyway. I guess it will be best service more flexibility in the check in

It was very clean and comfortable with daily housekeeping . Good breakfast and 24/7 availability of tea/coffee both at the lobby and in the room. Grocery, restaurant and other required shops are available close to the hotel in 5 minutes walk. Staffs were very welcoming and supportive specially Ramya at the reception was incredibly efficient and courteous providing all required information and fast check in. overall it’s a good value for money. Certainly I would love to stay here again.

Hotel could keep a staff at the entrance to assist in carrying luggage during checking in and out.

The shuttle to the hospital should have better availability or allow personal scheduled times to fit the needs of the guests medical appointments. The shuttle also should be cleaned out after each trip. We were there 4 days and took the shuttle 3 of those days and saw the same garbage and used coffee cup every time we rode in there.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean with the right temperature to sleep.

The refrigerator didn't work when I arrived. Need maintenance to check and it was unplugged. The room should have been checked to make sure everything was operational. The bathroom needed more lighting.

I liked that the check-in was easy and the front desk guy was very helpful.

The room door was very loose, you couldn't tell if it was locked. And there must be a leak somewhere in the bath because the carpet beside the bed was inexplicably wet for the entire stay.

The location was perfect for where we needed to go. The breakfast was free and offered a good variety of items. Parking was free. The bathroom offered a lot of counter space and a very safe shower/bathtub with non-slip bottom and grab bar. The front desk staff was extremely helpful.

After checking out, we found out that we were going to be needing a room again in 3 weeks. I went online to book another room at the same hotel but for unknown reason the price of the room had doubled to $230. I can't afford that so I guess I will have to look elsewhere..
