They set the tone with the Halloween decorations all over the lobby area. Very nice start! They allowed us to check in a little early which was truly appreciated after traveling for hours. The room had been updated and it was nice and clean. They had two pillows per person and one was amazing. My only issue is the bed was too soft for my liking and the desk chair was not comfortable at all. The chaise lounge chair was surprisingly very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good, sausage gravy and biscuits. This hotel is very close to our appointments and we will stay here again.

Our stay was mainly for medical reasons at the nearby MD Anderson Center. This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The room was clean, with no unpleasant odors or overpowering scents, making it a comfortable and easy space to breathe in. The restroom was spotless, the beds were cozy, and the towels and toiletries were perfect. The lobby area and pool were also well-maintained and clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, featuring a variety of hot meal options such as white egg omelettes with veggies, both turkey and pork sausages, gravy, biscuits, fruits, and oatmeal. There was even an automated machine that made hot pancakes. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Kudos to the crew as well handling the breakfast area for keeping it nice, clean and well stocked-up. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to any family or anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay.

Other than the slight green mold on the bathroom waterfall faucet, the room was extremely clean. We really liked that the entire hotel was non smoking. The free parking and complimentary breakfast was a HUGE hit and a very big perk of the stay. (The breakfast was superb with a great variety and very tasty). The extra amenities were fantastic such as free WiFi, outdoor pool, and the indoor gym. The staff was friendly and overall it was a very nice stay.

As soon as we arrived at the property we were informed the water would be shut off for the first 4 hours of our stay due to maintenance and no credits could be given for the inconvenience. The second issue was with our room having a slight green mold on the bathroom sink faucet; it was a waterfall faucet which is why we could see it. I had also made a special request on my reservation for extra towels and blankets which the hotel responded with a confirmation that it wouldn’t be a problem but when we got to the room the request hadn’t been accommodated.

The location was great! Plenty of parking spaces! The hotel smells really good! Beautiful decorations for the season! Best of all , the Assistant Manager , Mr. Lam was exceptionally nice and professional in helping us with a very smooth checking in ! We really appreciate his excellent customer service and support! We highly recommend this place for all our friends and family and plan to come back for future trips when we are in the area!

Not a big deal but, maybe more choices for tea bags and fruits .

I love the cleanliness, variety of breakfast items, on site laundry facility. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. My family enjoyed the stay.

Taking the stairs when the power went out. I do understand it was out of the staffs control and did what they could to inform guest of the situation. They also made sure guest were comfortable during the time the power was out.

Every part of the hotel that I saw was extremely clean. All of the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful.

Breakfast was nice. The cinnamon rolls were the best pastries I've ever had in a hotel. The only complaint would be the scrambled eggs were watery and tasted like they were made from powdered eggs. Maybe have bacon some days instead of always having sausage.

I really didn't appreciate the price gouging!!! On a regular day when no concerts are going on the room is regularly $135 but because a big band Metallica came you all raised the price to $450!!!!!!! That is ridiculous and honestly very disgusting. Horrible way of making $.

breakfast wasnt good.. the lady in charge put a "out of order sign" on pancakes just because she changed the bag of batter twice in ten minutes! her words were "i dont want to change it anymore, its ridiculous"!

Although the area may push folks away, the hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were welcoming and helped me and my friends’ requests. The room was clean and the staff also made sure my accommodation requests were fulfilled.

I liked the staff, Brandon, I think, and the young lady who worked with him, very understanding about late check-in and had such vibrant smiles. My whole family had plenty of room to sleep 😴, and there were plenty of eating places to walk to. My grandson liked the coffee bar and the late night 🌙 store. Everyone was satisfied with the amenities inside the room.

Even though the parking lot was big enough for everyone to park their cars, someone hit my daughter's car while it was parked..
