Don’t pay attention to any of the bad reviews… Lately management has this property in top notch condition…. No more roach problem, I haven’t seen a single one in my last four stays. Very friendly front desk staff. Very large rooms…The shower got hot instantly and had great pressure. Strong Wi-Fi signal that didn’t go out at all. Great TV selection. You can log into your Netflix or YouTube and what not….This Motel 6 is walking distance to everything. There is a Star Stop convenience store basically on the same property…..If you are doing anything related to NRG, this motel is a stay that won’t break the bank!

Stayed for Rolling Stones concert. Location to NGR Stadium was great about a 20 minute 1 1/4 mile walk (avoided $40 parking fee). Around the corner about a 8 minute walk a great pre-concert bar - Red River Ice House. They hosted a pre-concert get together with free food spread, probably the same for football, rodeo and other events. Hotel room was large. Comfortable firm bed. TV with multiple channels all working. Standard small bathroom but good water and temperature control for shower. Area was pretty decent with fast food and convenience store very nearby. All in all a good no frills basic accommodation fair for price paid, you want more pay for the next level of hotel.

Large room but empty. Just a bed and counter desk with 1 chair under wall hung TV. There is no mini fridge, microwave, table or lounge/living room type chair. Basic budget economy type towels but no shampoo and/or conditioner bottles or packs, you do get 2 small soaps that are in wrapper. There may be an ice machine somewhere but I didn't look and I don't remember if there was an ice bucket on the room sink counter by the bathroom.

The young lady that checked us in on Monday was amazing. The young lady that checked us out was also very amazing you have two great ladies working for you they deserve a raise. I'll pick this hotel because of the price and the location and like I said at the beginning the ladies are amazing. And they seem to care about the kiddos coming in that are showing they watch our vehicles they make sure nothing happens to them.

The only thing would be to change with kind of try to see if you can add some bushes for the freeway and the parking lot is to die down some of the noise.

There is nothing to like about this HOTEL everything from rooms to lobby to location 🙄 A Hell to the No RUN

Booked I asked for the rooms to be right next to the other room I booked 2 wks ahead of time they had condoms laying on the halls and shaving cutting objects for family No I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE PLEASE GET URSELF ANOTHER HOTEL WHICH WE END UP DOING.VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH TJAT HOTEL

Friendly staff. Clean ans spacious room

Elevator needs attention. Besides dirty, it was no sign on when was last time serviced. Make a wired noise when you ride it. Also it will be nice if they will include a small fridge and microwave. Sometimes when 6ou travel you bring your food or leftovers

They gave me a Large handicap room on first floor. It had a mini fridge and the microwave was in the snack room. They also had laundry facility on site. There was a convenience store at the corner of propane. 10 my nutes to The Heart Institute on Fannett. Nice Large room. Parking right outside door of room . I. Will stay there Again.

Someone to patrol parking lot. People setting outside in vehicles when I walked my dog at 3 Am

I saw a few roaches and the shower had no pressure whatsoever. Probably my 15th stay and the staff was excellent as usual.

Staff, location, clean room

Not much besides people around the area, but the property can't control homeless people who wander around it. But the property is safe, so no complaints really

Comfortable, spacious and a good price.

Only issue i had was the smell of humidity in the room was very strong.

I was able to bring my dog along with no problem, and I was appreciative of the pet waste pickup stations with the bags and waste basket.

It would be nice if there were microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms. But overall it was a decent stay.
