It’s clean spacious and I loved the way the showers were . Just the whole setup was nice. I’m from Waco but they will see more of me

Very clean and spacious room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge compared to other motels I've stayed at. I loved the shower and I also loved the fact that they offered rooms you could smoke in which is a rarity now days. The room smelt fresh & clean. I will definitely be staying there again & I highly recommend 👌

The Staff was really friendly and were family members so it seems to be a mom and pop type local business, which is a great thing to support

The room was tidy and decor was misleadingly nice, in reality once settled in u can tell the towels arent cleaned right, every surface in the restroom and kitchen feels slimy if you make any sort of contact even just gettin in the shower all of it was gross feelings and obviously only cleaned til *visible* messes were handled, clearly no thoroughness was included in how they clean rooms or wash towels and linens which all smelled slightly off :/ even compared to other motels tight on staff/supplies

It was close to the venue we were visiting. My fiancee was in a competition, but didn't get enough sleep to compete well.

The bathroom of the initial room they put us in the shower head leaked so profusely that it soaked half the bathroom. The floor looked like it needed a good scrubbing. The handle of the bathroom door was broken just enough that I got stuck in the bathroom. The website claims that American breakfast is offered. It isn't. Supposedly due to Covid. This is February 2022. Everything has opened back up. Every hotel/motel from Houston to San Diego has gone back to serving breakfast. Crystal Inn seems like they're just wanting to take the cheap route. They have morning coffee though, if you like a small coffee. The manager had us move to the room next to us. The shower was good in that room. I was upset about the no breakfast issue and the small coffee, so I bought myself two very large coffees so I wouldn't have to keep going to the office. I drank one coffee and left the second one on the counter in the room for the next morning. We had plans to go out. When we came back we saw the cleaning crew had come in. We didn't ask them to do so. While they cleaned our room, they THREW AWAY MY COFFEE!!!! They moved our things around. NEVER THROW AWAY A PERSON'S COFFEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The location is horrible. We couldn't get any sleep either, because the traffic can be heard all night long.
