I liked the host Erika, she was most accommodating person and very helpful. 10 stars for her above and beyond dedication to ensuring all needs were met. She had a warm and pleasant personality even before I arrived with my group. It was a total of 5 of us. I liked that parking was easily accessible and available and the quietness of neighbourhood.

I didn't like that they're wasn't a frying pan available to make breakfast. (There were two deep pots big and small)

Great 2 bedroom apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Well set up so that kids could go to bed and we could stay up in the living room without disturbing them. Bedrooms had giant closets! My son took his over as his 'art/reading room' for the duration of our stay. Pool was a bit tricky to find but was a nice pool!

No teapot... but that's a rarity when travelling in the united states! :)

The location is great. Lots of choices for good restaurants and shops around. Convenient for MD Anderson patients.

The apartment had virtually everything you would need for your stay. The only negative thing for me was the morning I left. The exit gate was broken. So I had to park my rental down by the entrance gate and run around the complex to enter the code and open that gate.

The condo was a perfect place to stay especially for family! It was clean and complete with everything you need. It’s very convenient and close to everything grocery, gas stations, restaurants and even church. We enjoyed our stay, bed was really comfortable! Highly recommended. Ms. Erika was really helpful too! She replied to email quickly!

The location is excellent for for getting to and from the Medical Center for surgery! The manager is very friendly, helpful and professional. The price was very reasonable and the property felt safe.

The TV's are old and the one in the bedroom is almost too dark to see the picture. The mattress was not comfortable and seemed worn out. Another table lamp or two and a clock would have been convenient.

Close to our meetings and many other ideal locations. We will be back for the next meeting.

Property is in need of a facelift with regard to painting, lighting and carpet. The remotes for the TVs need new batteries in order to work. The carpet needs a good cleaning with lots of stains.

Easy to find, check-in instructions were easy to follow. Everyone in the group had their own rooms. The unit had a furnished balcony which was lovely! It was a great find!

Furniture pretty outdated, TVs not smart tvs so it was difficult to find something to watch not on cable. The units could also use a full length mirror somewhere!

Location was perfect for events at NRG Stadium as it is within walking distance. The unit was large. There were plenty of towels for our stay.

No facial tissues in bathrooms. Very noisy bath fan in the main bathroom. Master bathroom tub was extremely slippery and had no bath mat. It needs a grip applique like the other bathroom. Both showers need grip bars.

Quiet stay but close to Houston places to see like the museum district (10 min by car), NASA museum (45 mins by car) and the Galleria shopping mall (30 mins by car) Apartments are clean, big and the host is really nice and quick in response.

Everything I need for prolonged stays. This is my 3rd stay. The most helpful staff! Everything works or is quickly remedied. Secure gated parking, double locks on the doors. I appreciate the balcony. The bed is comfortable.
