We loved that it was a gated community and the grounds were beautifully maintained! We also loved how the Condo was centrally located within walking distance to food establishments and a grocery store. We were even able to walk home after the Metallica Concert which was at the NRG Stadium. (Rock OUT!) 😊 Erika was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable!! (I edited the other review because of a couple of typos!) 😊😊

Clean , quiet , gated , safe , well located condo on 2nd floor was just right for a weekend stay for family of 4 adults . Older decor but homey and agree updates would be good but for the price it is more than acceptable ! We loved the Comfortable soft beds . Communication was quick perfect and super easy ! Would stay again !

A/c was not as cold as we are accustomed to But not miserable

The location was amazing.

The door (dead bolt) was hard to lock. Thought I had locked it and then if you push the door opens right up. The couch was uncomfortable. You literally sink all the way in. Also the beds were not that comfortable. And 1 king bed would have been nice. Oh and I don’t know if I missed it or it wasn’t stated but it would be nice to know that the apartment is on the 3rd floor.

Very homey. Comfortable beds. Wonderful air conditioning. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the patio. Very convenient to the medical district. Erika was wonderful to work with. Our Mother was at Methodist for medical and Erika made everything so easy. She was so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place and this staff!

I liked the host Erika, she was most accommodating person and very helpful. 10 stars for her above and beyond dedication to ensuring all needs were met. She had a warm and pleasant personality even before I arrived with my group. It was a total of 5 of us. I liked that parking was easily accessible and available and the quietness of neighbourhood.

I didn't like that they're wasn't a frying pan available to make breakfast. (There were two deep pots big and small)

This Condo was perfect for good chill spot with family and friends no one bothers you i loved how comfortable the beds and couches were made me feel at home

I dont think theres soemthing i did not like other then not having enough toiletries but we were aware of that ahead of time so there was no problem with that. We just took our own products

Great 2 bedroom apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Well set up so that kids could go to bed and we could stay up in the living room without disturbing them. Bedrooms had giant closets! My son took his over as his 'art/reading room' for the duration of our stay. Pool was a bit tricky to find but was a nice pool!

No teapot... but that's a rarity when travelling in the united states! :)

Erika was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Property is spacious and well located to the NRG centre.

The condo was a perfect place to stay especially for family! It was clean and complete with everything you need. It’s very convenient and close to everything grocery, gas stations, restaurants and even church. We enjoyed our stay, bed was really comfortable! Highly recommended. Ms. Erika was really helpful too! She replied to email quickly!

The location is great. Lots of choices for good restaurants and shops around. Convenient for MD Anderson patients.

The apartment had virtually everything you would need for your stay. The only negative thing for me was the morning I left. The exit gate was broken. So I had to park my rental down by the entrance gate and run around the complex to enter the code and open that gate.
