Location and price. Realize that you’re not at a fine hotel or resort, this place is priced right for the budget conscious person.

Rust stains in the shower, don’t drink the water (unless you can handle the taste of rust), the tile floor was not completely grouted so several whole tiles were lifting up, the stank of mold when entering the room, stains on the blankets, and the fact that the fire alarm was beeping when I arrived and the manager expected ME to take it down from the ceiling with no ladder.

Everything was excellent from the room cleanliness to the awesome staff. I have extended my stay like three days so I got to meet the Staff shifts from the cleaning housekeeping to the manager to staff. Everyone was freaking amazing and I don’t give compliments. Thumbs up I would definitely stay at this place to get

If you keep in mind, this is a BUDGET property. You will not be disappointed. They have updated some aspects of the room over the past three or four years. We have stayed there for medical appointments. The workmanship isn’t the greatest. Our room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. Nothing fancy but nothing expensive either.

The king bed suite is literally a studio apartment. Very roomy and comfortable. The location is to die for. A stone throw away from the Rice Village and TX med center.

Amenities could use some updating, but all in all good value

My babies said mommy we feel safe here and I have stayed at many places and my babies didn't feel safe but here they do as a single mother that means a lot to me

The rooms are cleaned daily and the staff are very welcoming. They resupply the towels soap and shower on a daily basis. AC are also cleaned regularly and the sheets are changed daily. Also they help in anything you might need in the city including restaurant suggestions as well as uber and buses. Great place in general.

Would have loved to have breakfast but it is not a big issue.

The layout of the room it makes you feel like you’re at home they have a kitchen with a stove full size refrigerator it was nice

Everything was cleaned and we had a whole kitchen in our room. Didn’t use it but now we know.

Wasn’t the location but the gps was making us go through the back so if your not from there you would get lost.

The bed was comfortable, the location is great, in a leafy area near Rosemont, the zoo, museums and some lovely restaurants. The manager gave us so many tips for places to go that we'll have to return ;-)

There is a kitchen and fridge but no kitchen tools, no silverware, nor was there any crockery The room is very basic and not very homely, but then the price was very reasonable
