The rooms were so cozy and comfortable and I loved the bathrooms particularly! I felt so at peace staying here. The woman who checked us in was able to accommodate my partner and I for my birthday staycation in Houston so we really appreciated that! The restaurant at the hotel was also nice.

A fire alarm was set early in the morning (2am or so) so we (as well as a lot of guests) walked down the staircase all the way to bottom of the lobby. Mind you, we stayed up at the 17th floor. By the time we got to the lobby, nobody debriefed about what happened or redirected us back to our rooms. We ended up losing a lot of sleep, and so far, we haven't received any compensation or even an apology from the hotel.

The dinner was excellent. The restaurant staff were lovely - all the waitstaff and front host! The tall ceilings and open lobby had nice seating options, were spacious and nicely connected to the bar and restaurant. The gym was very goo! It was clean, cardio machines faced a glass pane for a view. My room was comfortable with plenty of pillows and towels. I also appreciated the smartly located charging station.

There was a complication with my reservation. I had a double-booking, one of which was through a third party. I did my part - called the third party, and they emailed the hotel. But it required asking for assistance on 3 different occasions to clear up. During check-in, check-out and then again after I returned home because it wasn't taken care of like I was told after checking out. This involved talking to 5 different people altogether.

The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was really spacious. Breakfast was amazing.

Since it is located really close to the streets, you could hear the traffic easily. I’m a light sleeper so this definitely woke me up. I would try asking for a room on a higher floor if I stay here again.

The room was clean and beautiful, clearly a high quality hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet at all times. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast available at their restaurant was very good.

Breakfast was a little expensive. You have to pay to park at the hotel.

Great location and confortable rooms. Room service is has plenty of options and super fast.

Parking for guests starts on the 5th level of parking lot so expect a lot of levels to get a space. Bathtub did not work properly.

I believe the bellman who was so helpful was Augustine. He was lovely and proactive and efficient.

Check-in was very inefficient. I was the only one at the desk and it took much longer than it should have to get me into a room.

Very clean and easily accessible

Possibly put up a”quiet time” sign as the people in a room close to me were very loud all night. It’s hard to sleep and be up early for a doctors appointment then long drive home on no sleep.

The breakfast buffet which was included with my room selection was great although I only ate once from the restaurant.

A few minor things that were seemingly the effects of wear and tear of the building overall

The Laundry service could be improved, I was there on an emergency. I had very few cloths with me. I needed to laundry every other day, but the service is not available in the week end.

Hotel was beautiful and elegant and very clean. Everyone on the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. I read reviews before staying at any hotel and these were spot on. The lobby is designed very beautifully and the rooms are clean, comfortable and delightful. We wanted to stay downtown but this area in the medical district was perfect!
