Within walking distance of medical center Kitchenette was very nice, plenty of refrigerator and freezer storage space. One site restaurant, a bit pricey however food was very good. Complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent Parking was very accessible however additional charge

A few maintenance issues need to be addressed. Pocket door to the bathroom was difficult if not impossible to open and close. Must be off track and should be obvious it needed to be repaired. While the shower is very nice something is out of square resulting in water leaking around shower door and flooding the floor. Could see water damage to baseboard area so it's been an ongoing issue. Potentially safety issue.

I loved the room and the space it gave. The bathroom was really nice. Never used the phone to call the front office, this stay was my first and I loved it!! The staff was prompt and polite!! Breakfast was perfect, hostess, and other staff were nice, professional, and neat! Elevators weren’t rattling and uncomfortable, but smooth and spacious!!

Only thing I didn’t like was how thin the windows and doors were when it comes to noise. You could hear the dogs at the dog park down below and the kids in the hall ways as if the doo was wide open. I also hate the bathroom sliding door for privacy, broke 3 nails trying to open and close it . I think silts kind of crazy that you have to pay additional to park your car in the garage when there is no other available option when it comes to parking

Wonderful breakfast with large selection of healthy and filling options. Great Location! Enjoyed using the free shuttle service to make it to my early morning appointment which saved me the hassle of finding parking and having to pay for parking for my appointment. I was glad that the checkout time was 12:00pm, which allowed me time for a 30 minute walk back to the hotel after my appointment with plenty of time to spare.

I was surprised by the parking fee that was charged by the hotel, I did not remember seeing this fee when I booked the room on booking.com. I thought the parking was free.

The breakfast was massive, staff was friendly and attentive, maintenance fixed our remote within minutes of calling the front desk! Bonus: our room had an inclusive peephole for kids/disabled people!

There was a twin size blanket on our queen/king size bed. It was around 1am when I noticed so I didn’t bother to call and ask for extra blankets. Not a big deal!

I didn't like that I did not know the parking garage situation prior to trying to park. There was limited to no parking spots in front of the hotel. If I had been notified that I would need my room key to get in the garage I would have done things differently.

Location, room was comfortable and clean.

We did not know we would have to pay for parking $15 per day to park in the only parking garage(attached to the facility) available. We were given the option at check in which wasn’t really an option since there is no other place to park.

Good breakfast selection (although a lot of it is processed), comfortable room, quiet. Nice staff.

This property is miles from restaurants, shopping or points of interest. We didn't have a car so everytime we wanted to have a meal or do something, we had to spend $30 (round trip) on Uber rides. For that reason alone, it's overpriced.

Wonderful staff, pleasant and helpful. Close to MD Anderson and free shuttle to hospital. Good full breakfast.

Room needed a little attention, bathroom had some stains on wall. Sheets could’ve been better quality. Toilet paper too thin.

It was down the road from the zoo and museum. They accidentally mixed up our room with someone else staying there but the front desk was quick to change and upgrade our room within the minute. The room was clean and cozy. Their parking garage was affordable and easily accessible from the hotel. Their breakfast in the morning was very well put and the employees were kind.
