The area was nice, the room has fridge microwave and AC and heat. Beds were soft not hard platform beds. The staff was friendly. Overall great stay clean rooms And good staff!

After my arrival a strange man went in asking for my Information. (I am a woman) The hotel does not give out any personal Information which is great but they waited until checkout to let me know. If I would have been kidnapped or hurt that night then what? Why wait until I check out to let me know?!?! They should have called PD or made a report or at least called me.

Location perfect, staff friendly, room was quiet

I didn't like when I was working on my laptop, they were power washing the doors I'm guessing or just in general, but water came spraying in and got on me and my laptop. Luckily my laptop was ok, there was alot of water on my floor and goin down my door. But they were really nice about helping me clean up.

Owners very nice, location is great if you need treatment at the hospital, bus stop a minute away stops in front of hospital. The ride is about 20 minutes. Simple place, clean. fridge and microwave in room everything works.

:) Its a small drive away from Md Anderson. Also there's Two convenient stores, Church's and Shipleys donuts all just a quick walk away. was surprisingly pretty happy and will most definitely stay again in the future as our trips to Md Anderson will be frequent.

Little musty smell in the bathroom. Bathroom door latch broken and misaligned made clossing bathroom door tricky and not proper. Some smell of cigarette.

Staff was so considerate to us. They really treated us with great empathy and granted our request in consideration of my husband's cancer diagnosis. We were there for appointments at VA.SO CONVENIENT.

I liked the fact that it was conventional to food and quick stops I liked the secure feel. The furnishings were Spartan but I had no problem with that. I appreciated that it was CLEAN .. Even if it was an older facility it had been well maintained and upgraded..Very good for the money.

They did not have breakfast but there were plenty of places to eat around the location. The room was comfortable!

Everything was fine we did not have any problems and no complaints!
