It’s so convenient to the Medical Centers. It has a kitchen so if you’re not feeling well from oodles of tests & treatments, you can have your own food. If you have to come to the medical centers as much as I do, it’s perfect

There was nothing I didn’t like. The staff is very kind and helpful. If you are looking for luxury and bars and restaurants, this may not be for you. But, it is a friendly, clean, well appointed place close to all medical centers.

Hotel was clean

Some staff were not friendly. Friday morning I picked up my sister who has a boot on foot and crutches from airport. Probably about 11:45 lobby floor was wet. Her crutch slipped and injured foot. I grabbed her so she didn't fall. Front desk and housekeeper watching us. I had her sit on cart for luggage pushed her to front desk. That part was dry. My sister told clerk she almost fell and clerk told her that there is a wet floor sign. We didn't argue. Just got in elevator

The location was perfect as I had to meet clients for business in different surrounding areas. Staff was pleasant and the amenities, although not used, appeared very clean and nicely laid out. I liked that my room had a mini kitchen and refrigerator/freezer which I did not use either but a definitely a bonus for anyone else. Will definitely consider Mainstay Suites for my next business trip.

Stayed for medical appointment and traveled by private plane from Lancaster, TX to Sugarland. Was great bc they have an hourly shuttle to and from a 3 mile radius. Getting around without a car was free. My room was suppose to have a balcony and staff happily switched my room. Ordered Doordash, but there's also a store by the front desk with snacks. Rooms are updated, cozy and spacious with kitchens.

There were no loud voices, but you can hear people stomping down hallway. Was quiet other than the floor noise.

We both had queen size beds in the room that were very lumpy and not comfortable at all. Otherwise, we hope to stay here again.

Location was perfect for medical center. Nearby places to eat , also food delivery if needed. Room was very clean with little details that were nice folded tails soaps etc.

Toilet was way to small for adults too short kid size. No King bed. And didnt like that fan came on eith bathroom light to wake people up. Plus to noisy when not needed. Tv was to small and hard to work, had to call someone in.

The accessibility to MD Anderson, the arrangement of the room and cleanliness.

It is going through remodeling. The key to our room didn’t work so we were given another room.

Loved free on-site parking. Loved the room - very spacious and clean. Very close to medical appointments. Great price. We didn’t eat breakfast there, so I don’t know about that.

Coffee. But not a deal breaker for me. They did have a coffee maker in the room and a fridge that we didn’t use - could have made my own.

It was quiet and clean.

The kitchenette had tiny roaches when I had NO food out. It was an inconvenience.

The staff was very courteous, friendly and provided excellent customer service. The room and the facility were very clean. The location had essy access to the main highway, different local food places (which I encourage people should try) and places to go if you needed to pick up a few things in case you forgot to pack. The price was reasonable for my stay and would come back.

The hotel appears to be an older facility and could use some renovations on the outside to maybe spruce it up.
