I was over twice for parking. I checked my account and the balance at check in was 115.83 and a 50.00 deposit for parking and I was told incase I use any items in the room. Upon my departure I returned the room key. When I check my bank account. I was charged 136.82 for check in plus an extra 20.00 parking fee. Straight ripoff without communication. I would not recommen. A little disappointed i have stayed here previously. My dislike... I didn't want to retype information.

Its convenient, down the street from my job and I feel safe.

I love how connected the staff were with the guests. The check ins through text messages made me feel safe. The friendly staff made me feel comfortable.

The breakfast had to be paid for. It should have been free to all guests, the price is already high. I didn’t like the fact that the Hilton charges a deposit for each night you stay, when there should just be a one time deposit payment. The towels in the restroom did not appear to be too clean, they should have been white. The towels looked as if they’ve been washed with clothes of color. (Appeared dingy).

Staff is nice and welcoming. The location of the property is amazing! Hidden and quiet yet everything is such a close drive and so peaceful! I think this hotel is honestly a hidden gem for a nice cozy stay in Houston!

Paying for parking. Although it is very convenient to have a parking garage attached to the hotel I just wish it was included in the stay! Instead of having to pay every time we go out and come back in.

I love the fact that Mrs. Shelly was ABSOLUTELY amazing with handling a situation that took place with another one of her employees and myself! The staff with the exception of two! Victoria also was one that had AMAZING customer service!

There is an employee by the name of TYLER who should NEVER EVER be allowed to answer the phones or even COMMUNICATE with customers! This young man was RUDE, SARCASTIC, a NARCISSIST and DISRESPECTFUL just to say the least! I didn't APPRECIATE his tone at all! Secondly the Young lady that works in the buffet area HOUNDS my wife about paying for her breakfast! Ms. Victoria told me just to let her know that our room was was covered but was not on the list! Despite my wife's efforts to tell her she still continued to ask about payment! This was my 40th birthday I was very overwhelmed with the issues! I happen to love this particular hotel and location and have never had an issue! It happen to be a very important milestone for me and I didn't know appreciate how we were treated!

Love the location of the hotel. It's close to the museum district and about a 10-15 drive to downtown. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. We appreciated the extra bathroom in our room.

The air conditioner in the room didn't work very well. Set the temp to the lowest setting and it was still a little warm. The fan would only kick on for a few minutes at time. Made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Also, the parking garage is a very tight fit. If you have a big vehicle, the garage will be a bit of a challenge.

The location is superb! It’s about half a mile from MD Anderson and it’s on the best side of the medical complex. Although it’s a street away from a busy street, its street is very quiet and it’s in a leafy old neighborhood that’s perfect for long walks. The hotel has a shuttle every 30 minutes to the hospitals.

Gym is minimal but functional, a selection of dumbbells and some cardio machines.

Bed was very comfortable -- loved all the comfy pillows. Room was very clean, and coffee supplies with single cup coffee maker was good. Parking on site was extra, but worth it to me (it was $20 daily during my stay)

Getting ice was a challenge, the "ice makers" have to be filled with ice and most of the time the ice was either not there, or mostly one solid piece. The front desk did have someone come up and add ice to the "icemaker" within 30 minutes of my call to downstairs.

Location was perfect for what I needed and price was reasonable. The shuttle was also great!

My safe did not work nor did my some features on my phone. The staff had to come back twice to fix it (which they did and were very nice). Room was a little small but since I was alone and not traveling with my husband it was fine. Again, for what I needed the hotel worked well.

Rooms were clean and very comfortable. We were in Houston for Drs appts at MD Anderson and they had free shuttle service to the near by hospitals. They had a coffee shop and had a restaurant on the premises. They were very convenient.

It rained the entire time we were there.

I could not get regular coffee in my room - only decaf. I asked the housekeeper, who told me that I had to ask at the front desk, who told me they would send some up, only to be given four more packets of decaf. I like my strong coffee in the morning. Ugh.
