Easy to park near my room. Felt safe in my room and the parking lot. Within walking distance of HEB. Staff were friendly and checking in and out was super easy.

The area outside of the property was suspect. The bathroom door had a habit of shutting itself without enough space to sit on the toilet causing legs to be hit by the door. Sink was a little low but tolerable. Some of the property looks like it’s falling in disrepair, and visible cracks and breaks were noticeable by the stairs.

Big room - very comfortable and clean. Great hot water. Breakfast options were simple but good - cereal selection, muffins, coffee/tea and fruit. Chilled water available. Really helpful and friendly staff - we needed change for buses, and to store our bags and they also allowed us to check-in early as our room was ready. Very appreciated. Easy walk to the Museum precinct and the Metro Red line (20mins). Big supermarket only 3 mins walk. Excellent value

The place was centrally located near downtown and the Medical Center. The staff was very friendly. It was near the HEB. Very secure. Under new Owners who are remodeling the entire place. The shower was new and the tub great the bed was comfortable and slept well.

Due to remodeling there was no breakfast at the facility. And the internet was a bit slow.

The air conditioning was loud for our first night and neighbors were very impolite. However, the manager changed the room for us on the second night and I really appreciate it.

The room was very spacious, well arranged and clean. The AC was chilling well in the hot weather.

The compound was calm but the stairs were dirty and littered with dirts, the stairs need cleaning and there is this other guest smoking just at her room area, if smoking area could be provided instead of bothering non-smokers with the smell.

Great location! Close to Minute Maid park, the roads were easy to navigate, and less traffic in this part of town. If you're familiar with Houston, you know how bad traffic can be. The area was safe and surrounded by beautiful old homes. Great neighborhood. And there's a Dennys 3 blocks away that's open 24/7. Extra convenient if you're getting in late.

There wasn't a coffee pot in the room, though it was advertised as having one. Dennys has good strong coffee though. And the parking is a little dicey. I definitely wouldn't recommend trying to stuff a double cab dually in there.

The room is big and clean， there are a fridge and microwave oven in the room ,the furnitures are new, the beds are comfortable ,the bathroom is clean, free parking. so ,everything are very convenient

Room was clean, New property owner was out checking on guest personally the next morning. Asking how was our stay, if the room was ok and everything working properly. Had a decent breakfast bar Coffee, muffins, orange juice, instant oatmeal, oranges.

No hot breakfast, eggs, bacon etc.

Super quiet, clean and safe space. Yakin at the front desk is a gem of a person. Very professional, friendly, approachable who goes above and beyond to help.
