After staying here I will always stay at this place moving forward, it is equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room inside of your condo, this is the only way I will stay at hotels from here on out.

We needed extra blankets and towels, we had to track a worker down to get them.

It was a really good stay, it felt like home and the location is also perfect. There is a small grocery store around the corner for snacks. The master bedroom had a large closet space too. The sofa bed was also comfortable. The washer and dryer was also very useful and it also had a pantry and all the necessities you would need.

Something that I didn’t like was there were no locks that worked in restroom and closets and room and the doors to the restroom in master bedroom was a little see through considering travelling with family.

Easy access, felt very safe coming and going. Well stocked kitchen and very clean. Even had full size washer & dryer. We only stayed two nights but is a great place for longer stays.

Extra linens (wash cloths) would have been nice. This is going to be weird but the toilet paper was awful, bring your own!!

Very spacious! I loved the two bathrooms and two bedrooms; I basically loved all of it. Considering this was an upgrade due to our original room not having AC, I’m more than pleased! Everyone was very easy to work with and the one potential problem we had was fixed right away and was my error.

If I had to pick one thing, I’d say the living room furniture could be more comfortable. It wasn’t awful though.

Pros: clean, functioning facilities as expected, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to major museums, park.

Guest service made error with my request (not a big deal), and delay responses to our request for late check-out. Late check-out has a $20+ fee even though they told me there is no guest checking in the unit I stayed.

Love the spacious 2 bedrooms apartment! It's very clean and well equipped. Garage was safe and spacious. We had a great stay!

Minimal support , no essentials room for toilet paper , towels , ...etc The building has no reception what so ever

Great location. I was going to the MFA Houston and this was so convenient. Modern, all amenities, quiet, safe

nothing that would make me return. I would have liked a sheet pan for cooking (although many great restaurants nearby!) and there were only two dinner forks. The binds needed repair, but internet was great!

Property had tea bags and sugar. Would have loved to have some coffee or at least coffee filters. Also carpet in bedroom.could use cleaning. Had some rather large spots beside bed.
