It was perfect for an event at the Toyota Center. Not much else close for walking. We did manage to park and stay put for 3 days. Just not as close as I had anticipated. No shops real close either. Staff was friendly and the price was good. The hotel is under renovations though. On our check out morning they happened to be working right outside our door. The guys were nice but carrying everything halfway down the hall to get to the luggage cart was a pain. All in all it was a good stay and if there's another event at the Toyota Center I would go back. The indoor pool was very nice!

The location was great, walking distance to downtown and located next to Toyota Center and convention. Free parking was great since many hotels in the downtown area only offer paid valet parking.

The bathrooms could use exhaust fans. The rooms need some updating and smell a little musty when walking in. The hotel entrance was taped off for construction but there was a small walkway to get in. There were some storage containers that looked like there was some remodeling going on but it didn't seem as there was no activity for some time.

The rooms were ready early in the day for check in. The staff was friendly. Facility was clean. Room was clean. Free parking was a huge plus.

The water pressure in the shower was substandard. Your contractor did a poor job of finishing out the bathroom showers in both rooms. Your front entrance was taped off like a crime scene.

15min walk from the shell energy stadium Nice live music bar restaurant names the rustic , good food fair price 35min drive from NASA Breakfast was mainly carbs, should add some vegetables if you ask me , carbs is way back 90’s

Location. Clean spacious rooms.

It felt a bit dated. Carpets were frayed. Pool looked unclean and jacuzzi has some film of scum floating on top. I went in on day one and decided never to go back. I never saw anyone else in the pool either.

Hotel is in an excellent location, perfect for a Hornets game (Toyota Centre), and located next to the city, shopping and facilities. Hotel was comfortable with onsite and free parking, maybe a little dark in the rooms, and a little old fashioned but nothing to worry about. Great bar down the road in walking distance called the rustic which is definitely worth a visit.

overall the property was good, the lobby was just an ok for me, 1st presentation is everything and that area was lacking for me. the Pool area looked ok, I rate it a 3. But the most important is the room of course , the room looked good and the bed , blankets , pillows were clean and comfortable, I rate that a 9, I didn’t rate a 10 because the bathroom walls needed attention. it was a overall good stay, and yes, I would stay again. thanks. oh before I forge my to add 1 detail, the breakfast was good as well . 😁 thank you!

the front staff was ok, not as friendly as they should be, they lack on greeting , and it took them about 5 seconds to greet, and only 1 out of the 2 greeted. the short guy at the front needs more training on his customer service, did not greet at all. front desk rating is a 4 for me. 😒

I really enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. It was a refreshing moment spent with my kiddo. And even though breakfast was rushed on my own account, I had an early morning meeting, it was still very delicious.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. It was a short stay but very well in all accounts. Thank you.

Very clean hotel & great staff

Bathrooms need updated showers. Shower head had very little flow & shower nob was very loose making it hard to get a good amount of hot water to come out. Shower curtain didn’t cover enough & water went all over the floor. Also housekeeping came knocking on door at 9:00 am, while I was still sleeping, even with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door handle!!!!

Comfortable bed was a plus.

The pillows were awful. I will be taking my own in the future. Add more towels, and thicker towels. The curtains had to clipped together to try to make the room darker at night.
