The room was huge! Huge desk space for me to work comfortable. Huge tv. Huge bed. Huge shower. Starbucks on the bottom floor too! Woke up in the morning, got my fancy coffee, and went up to my room and turned the AC down (which worked great). Even the chair was comfortable. Couch was big and comfy. Beautiful huge old windows that I loved. Staff at front desk AND valet were both really friendly and nice :)

Honestly nothing negative to report. Only reason I gave it a 9 was because I've stayed at the Virgin hotel which was insanely nice for about the same price (thanks to booking dot com). So, it's not that it was bad at all just not over the top.

The staff was extremely friendly everyone spoke when they saw you through out the building. The Val-let was extra nice even with it being extremely hot they kept a positive attitude on their face. Breakfast staff was also friendly front desk was always willing to help and ask if we needed anything. Typically at hotels I would have house keeping coming to check to see if we needed anything but this time we didn’t we had to call but they brought what we needed to the room. Overall this was an amazing stay in Houston oh I almost forgot to mention the roof top pool is lovely at night with an amazing breeze. Thank you for the stay 🥰

All the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, and the restaurant menu had tasty and healthy choices. The suite room was very comfortable. Great value for the price.

The room and facilities were a little dated, and my room was not tidied during the two-night stay (but many hotels are doing that now).

The location was perfect! Right on Main Street & I loved how we walked on the property from outside I could literally smell the hotel from outside! It was just so fresh and clean. The breakfast was hands down one of the best I’ve ever eaten from a hotel. Always freshly made each morning we were there. The staff were so nice. Was right next to trolley and close to attractions,

The wifi was down most of the time I was there, also the tv channels where not good, although I was not in my room for very long just to sleep and shower, Also needs more usb ports. They also charged me for who knows what? those fees are ridiculous, I did not use the pool it was too cold, or the exercise room, and the laundry still uses coins!, no one uses cash anymore! ?

All staff members were very friendly, positive and helpful. The room was big and clean. The location is great to be able to walk all around downtown Houston and the light rail is right there by the hotel as well. The nightly rate was fantastic for the area.

Parking is valet (would rather self park) and they were backed up when we arrived but quickly got it all situated.

Employers were Super Awesome! Santavia on night shift gets 100 plus! An Asset on your Staff!!! Everyone greeted us with Smiles and a warm welcome

Little more variety with breakfast. Not a turkey eater. We had turkey sausage. And Add grits. Everyone doesnt eat oatmeal, but what I ate I enjoyed.

Breakfast was delicious, always fresh, and plentiful. Room exactly what we needed for a short stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Walkable to Minute Maid Park.

Lack of parking on premises. Public garage parking not far however. (Or choose valet parking)

The desk attendants were friendly and helpful.

It’s not that I didn’t like it but the elevators sounded like roller coaster rides.

it was center of downtown Houston and was able to quickly get to and from where we were going

valet had locked my car when it didn’t need to be had trouble getting my car to start but they were nice enough to let my boyfriend and I down the valet to check on the car
