Nice and convenient setup

Breakfast was included on booking.com, but was not included in the actual hotel.

Location was very convenient. Close to the Finn food court and location of my interview. Literally, a 2 min walk. Transportation rail right infront of hotel. While in the room I couldn’t even hear noises from the rail line. Hotel room was spacious and had everything I needed including an ironing board. It was aesthetically pleasing yet simple. Linen smelled very clean and AC blowed cold. The GSA front staff (Jonathan) was extremely helpful. I forgot toothpaste and he brought some up himself to deliver to my door, so I didn’t have to. I got restaurant recommendations and a free voucher for breakfast. Love the Starbucks in the building!!! Great experience. Oh! And even security was very welcoming. Will be staying again.

Only downside…shower took a while to get warm (10mins). It didn’t get hot. I was in room 719. Sink also had stains that need harder chemicals to rinse off, but it wasn’t that bothersome to me.

The hotel is beautiful and the room I stayed in was perfect for a quick trip. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for walking distance to restaurants and attractions and it makes being picked up very easy. A special shoutout to Tracy at the front desk who made sure I grabbed some of their premade lavender bags to put inside pillows. Thanks Tracy!!!

Although I'm not a big breakfast person, I wish the breakfast had more variety.

This was an excellent value for the money. We wanted a place downtown that wasn't crazy expensive. This property was very reasonably priced for a nice hotel downtown. There was an in-house Starbucks which was convenient, and the restaurant/bar provided a nice place to relax at the end of the day. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The ice maker on our floor didn't work, so we had to go to other floors to find ice. The ice maker was also broken on another floor, so we spent too much time in search of ice. It would have been nice to have the restaurant open for lunch, but I also understand how that may not be economical if there isn't a lot of lunch traffic.

The breakfast was relatively basic, but good. The staff member - very pretty, African American, long hair, was dozing on the couch when we arrived one morning and was beyond sullen and sulky - we couldn't believe it! After showing us to our table she flopped back down on the couch and went on her phone...!

The staff were ambivalent at best - see comment about the lady on breakfast - however, all staff we encountered were very transactional and not overly friendly. We are international visitors and had just arrived in the USA - this wasn't a great first impression of the USA!

Great location for the Astros game! Starbucks was a PLUS! We checked in Saturday July 28 at 3, the lady that checked us in welcomed us with a smile and enthusiasm. From the front desk to the valet to the cleaning staff everyone was super friendly.

Only recommendation is to check the shower products to make sure they don't need to be refilled.

The hotel is very pleasant, clean, the breakfasts are plentiful and tasty. The reception staff were nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, everywhere is a short walk away.

The only problem was parking - I end up dealing with a duplicate payment for valet parking. Before the car is delivered, they want you to pay via their app, then I found out that the hotel also charged the payment.

Overall, it was a very nice hotel comparatively. Checkin was fast, hotel staff were friendly and helpful, excellent location, cleanest and most organized hotel fitness center I've ever been to! I stayed in a European studio king, perfect size & layout for me. Great view of downtown, comfortable bed and plenty of storage for a weekend stay without looking cluttered.

Really bad lighting over the mirror. Could hear the plumbing from guests' rooms and the train every now and then. Never been a fan of downtown parking and this hotel on offers valet but there are plenty of self park garages in the area. Personally wasnt a fan of the breakfast buffet.

Great location close to a ton of stuff. Staff is amazing. Rooms are super clean and presentable. Hotel is very well upkept, elevators are only accessible with a room key which is nice for keeping the hotel to guests only.

Breakfast isn’t complimentary which kind of sucks. Valet is also $50. Lots of construction outside the hotel.

The hotel was very nice, the staff was very pleasant, and the bar was enjoyable. it was also great that there’s a Starbucks downstairs.

Not having parking means paying way too much just to have somewhere to put your car. We opted for valet because parking was across the street and down the block, and we had bags. We didn’t call for the car until time to leave, but it was a bit pricey, considering. As far as the hotel room itself, the only complaint I really have is that the air conditioning kept resetting, and I kept being woken up sweating and having to turn the temperature back down.
