Every staff member we encountered was over the top accommodating and friendly. Pool was really nice though it was quite warm. Unavoidable with this heat haha. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Our view was into the interior in the courtyard so not much to see but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyhow.

The cost for valet was very expensive and there weren’t any other options for parking a car that were nearby. The neighborhood was a little sketchy looking coming in at night so we wouldn’t really venture out after a certain time but we felt very safe at the hotel.

Loved the valet parking, loved the "convenience store", loved the pool. Room was very comfortable and desk clerk made sure we got the floor/room we wanted.

The view out our room window wasn't the greatest, but we weren't there long enough to care!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Particularly Elijah on reception desk. Very handy to have a bar and restaurant on site which was good. Also Starbucks next door.

Although a few cafes & restaurants in surrounding area, little else

The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was extremely clean and well maintained.

That parking is an additional fee, and then even more if you have a larger vehicle for a large family.

Located at downtown Houston. A few restaurants nearby within 10-15 mins walk. Good thing there is starbucks take out at the corner of the building.

There are a few breakfast options.

I loved the location, and the staff was fantastic.

The walls were paper thin, and our neighbors were LOUD. The beds were also rock hard, and I have back pain already, so it was hard to sleep. The bathroom was super small and we basically were playing Jenga with the door to get out of it.

Overall good place to stay and a good central location with a great staff

Location it was easy to access things to do downtown.

Didn't like that it had a lot of homeless around. It was sad to see and have to explain to a child. I know that is something that is beyond the hotels control.

The staff!! Check in went on very smoothly. Staff very educated and even offered a late snack since I was arriving very late.

At check in clerk unwilling to help find my reservation! After requesting to see the manager the manager resolved the problem!
